I have been using Brainerd Cub pharmacy and food for many years and I absolutely love this place, everyone always treats me so good! Brainerd Cub has the best pharmacy that I have ever used!! I just want to thank everyone for their helpfulness and the kindness shown!

sooo our experience at cub went like this today…. me,my boyfriend an my brother went in so my 19 year old boyfriend could turn in his scratch off ticket from his bday an so my 20 year old brother could get some groceries and carrie the manager wouldnt let my boyfriend turn his lottery ticket in, she kept on asking for mine an my brothers id also an was saying its a new policy so she said we had to show our ids since we were with him which we definitely shouldnt have to show her because its not our ticket an i didnt have my id on me either way so i couldn’t show her anything. she then proceeded to come up to us an kick us out when we were looking at the lottery ticket machine by the exit doors to see if we could use that instead which we definitely could’ve but she wasnt letting us she was making it a huge deal harassing us an when my brother worked there she use to sell him vapes when he was 16 years old so that was soo not okay… this place has changed too much me an my family will not be coming here anymore.

This is a really Large store. The selection is vasT...it's the OnlY thing it's got going for it, too. It was a highlY disappointing, aggravating, almost criminal shopping experience😔. Cub's outrageous prices exerted several gasps of disbelief and pure ShocK from my normally passive, quiet disposition. Shopping there, was something I felt like KickinG myselF for! We even considered abandoning our cart & just walking out, but work ran too late to be able to shop at our #1 choice. or $100, we left with only OnE & 1/2 standard bags of groceries!! We didn't even need to double bag. In my opinion, it's downright shamefuL! For a big box store, to bleeD it's community like that!

Don’t give these greedy misers your money. They don’t pay their employees a living wage and they hike up the prices at the brainerd store, why? Because ne has a lot food stamp recipients that dont own cars. I literally can’t believe I’m saying this but wal mart is better to their employees. Don’t give these people your money, shop at wal mart. It isn’t a hometown local business you’re supporting it’s one of the largest grocery chains in minnesota.

Cub can get 5 stars when they quit closing their doors at 8:00pm. They said it was temporary, but it doesn't seem like it.

A very nice and clean grocery store with a great produce section and a lot to choose from and the staff was very helpful and friendly and I thought the prices were good not too high

My girlfriend went in and was told to go to the self checkout. When she declined she was told "you're one of those people"! If this is what is coming out of this Cub Foods you can just close your self checkouts and your doors! That is terrible service from the "Service Counter". Wow! I have been less than thrilled lately, but that just makes me want to never go back in again. William you shouldn't be employed there or anywhere else with your attitude!

Cub almost always has everything I need when I grocery shop. I enjoy the Rewards Program and it's an easy and free way to save money while shopping and to get money off at the gas pump at Holiday stations. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The parking lot can be annoying sometimes finding a good spot. The store is well stocked with fresh product. Store is clean and employees are helpful and friendly. I go to cub mostly for their produce, it's the best in the area. Their selection of baked goods is worth the stop as well

typical grocery store, decently helpful staff, more friendly than the baxter cub, the deli stuff tastes different between the two also, and i have found i like the salads from this cub over baxter as well. like most places they are short staffed right now, but they seem to do pretty well considering. over all i am happy with service and product at the store.

I have gone here for years and they know myself and my family, I really like the pharmacy and pharmacist John he has always had the answers to my questions, all the employees are friendly and helpful, some are even neighbors!

Super convenient to use Google Pay at the register to make payments, and the store staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the services this location provides. Been a customer here for over 25 years and never had an issue. Great Grocery store all around. Only gripe is why did they take the best parking spots away and reserve them for InstaCart? Other than that, A+

Well it appears the "GOOD IDEA FAIRY" has invested the Cub foods in Baxter and Brainetd specifically the previous hand made, ground pork breakfast sausage, BECAUSE IT IS NASTY NOW. The grind, ingredients and texture is a swing and miss. For a few more pennies and time you guys destroyed a homemade quality product. Typical of laziness and lack of concern for quality and flavor. I guess I keep driving to Koser's in Gilbert.

I've had a few sour experiences past 5PM and onwards with the employees, but the morning/afternoon staff are nice. The produce is usually fairly good as are the baked goods. All of that said though, the product selection is limited, and even with a Cub rewards card the prices are extremely steep.

Produce was not good. I picked up some oranges that I thought looked good, turned out they were mushy. Same day I picked up raspberries and the next day i notice they were growing mold under the fresh ones which were on top. One time that I was there I got a wonderful check out lady, next time it was a teenager with a bad attitude because I went to her line right before she was supposed to leave. How was I supposed to know?

One of the friendliest and we'll maintained Cubs I've been to. I had to ask where a couple of items were and the staff made sure I didn't feel like I had inconvenienced them for asking. The whole place is clean and fresh. The bakery selection was good and the hotdog isle was 👌, great chat with the cashier.Thanks guys! Ive learned to not expect good service from large stores these days! 😀

We just did the pick up groceries .thank you for this great service.. very easy to us. I have never liked grocery shopping. Was especially hard when I had 3 small kids. This service makes life so much easier. Love love love.

Produce is good and the quality of most meats is reasonable but I am upset that I bought frozen shrimp and when I got it out of freezer to thaw out it was spoiled. I was told that they put items like that on sale quite often and I no longer trust their quality. Also prices are higher than other stores. I am also not fond of bagging my own groceries.

This is usually my go-to for smaller items I can't get at costco, I was pretty bothered when I went a few nights ago. They have clear signage saying they enforce the mask mandate, but I saw at least 20 people walking around in the store with no mask.Cub obviously doesn't care about their compromised customers.

Not once but twice have I bought expired food. We didnt realize it until we had already eaten some. We purchased apple juice for our kids and it had been expired for 3 month. Also some yogurt that had been expired a few weeks. I can say I will never be buying food from here again.

Love going at night when I am like the only one there or at least very few are there. Easy to find whatever you need and if you can't easy to find someone to help you. Prices are as expected. Fresh foods are always fresh. Great place to shop.

It's a nice Cub. Same Cub pricing as any other Cub. It's clean & I noticed that when i walked by the sea food area that it didn't smell like old fish & that it looked clean & freshIt's open 24 hours is handicapped parking , carts, & entrance. We went there to get a frozen pizza since everything shuts down by 10pm 11pm in Aitkin.

The woman that opens nearly daily has the worst customer service. Doesn’t matter if you’re there daily, you’re just another number. That coupled with their astronomical prices, it’s worth the little drive to go up the road to one of their competitors. Bye Cub!

So I haven't been to brained for a while but this Cub Foods is really great. The service is fast and they accept checks. Most stores don't nowadays and the prices are very reasonable also good deals as well.
