Went to check out. The cashier never said one word to the customer in front of me or to me except the total and when she gave me my change. She was too busy talking to someone else that I'm guessing also works there. No greeting. No small talk. Nothing. The worst was when she was done ringing it up and told me the total. I gave held out the cash for at least 30 seconds before she even noticed that I was holding cash. Guess she's too used to people sliding their cards to think someone might have cash. I don't usually leave complaints because I have spent many years in customer service jobs. But this is was ridiculous. Very unprofessional and enough to make me not want to go in to that store.

Been to this location on my lunch break to pick up items a few times. The service is lacking. They won’t acknowledge you, don’t say thank you at all, just hand you a receipt. Stank face attitude as if they don’t want to be there. No respect for customer service and it seems to not bother them one bit. I get better service at a DMV. I won’t be going here anymore. I will wait until I get back home and go to Albert Lea location. They always have phenomenal service and you are greeted with a smile. Blue Earth DG sucks!

Love the deals, cashiers seem friendly and competent. I've got 2 suggestions though one they need to have two registers open at all times all the times I've been there which is about 5-6xs there has Always More then 4 people with full carts waiting in line to check out, so long wait times. Friendly suggestion, a consumer requesting an item they don't carry should be an option esp if it's one that wld be lucrative. Just a suggestion

I only put one star because zero was not an option. Rude cashiers and truck stop worthy restrooms. The cashier was rude, ignored me, and all around disrespectful, not only me but also to my child. Didn't care that my TODDLER needed to use the restroom and that the restrooms are locked with a large sign instructing you to ask an associate for the key. In fact she had no idea about that at all and was the ONLY one working. Once we FINALLY got the use of a restroom the room was scream worthy. Dirty, dingy, and bug infested. I WILL BE taking my business ELSEWHERE.

Very friendly staff, I would recommend this store during any quick shopping trip, if they don't have what you need the staff are more then willing to point you in the right direction. I've never been dissapointed by any Dollar General I've walked in to.

I love the convenience of this store but the store itself is to old and needs a new one it was flooded which was not anyone's fault that worked there they had to clean up the mess. I felt bad for them.

Great place to shop for good deals. Watched "Sunday Morning" this morning and one of the topics was about "General Dollar" and other dollar stores and how they're very popular to shop at. Even for people who are wealthy can get a great price on things 😇👍

Horrible customer service. Asked for a bathroom key and was told she doesn't have it. I asked where it was and she says hanging up where it always is. I have never been in yhis store how do I know where it always is. We left our carts and went to walk out and this rude lady says thanks for using our bathrooms.

Always find what I need & want. Go shopping there at least once a week. Only place I can a pretty paid phone card for Virgin Mobile phone.

I was there on 8 15 2022 7:30 pm the cashier was so rude I will never return as long as she is here drove 25 miles one way to come here to get treated horrible and to be made felt as our business was unwanted.....

Worst location. Employees are not concerned with personal appearance, they do not look like an employee. I waited minutes just to get checked out because the manager was too busy with her personal conversation to ring me out.
