Stopped here in the way home-bad decision. Our order was messed up and two cheeseburgers forgotten. One of the managers was literally yelling at staff and spoke very irritated to me when I asked about my order. Not impressed. It took us over 25 minutes to get our to go order complete! We have a Dairy Queen in our town and they have speedy service and are pleasant!

Stop every once in a while to see if anything has changed and to fill that craving. Unfortunately, the store has the same issues year after year. Long wait is the biggest. 4+ staff and even with only 5 or 6 people inside, the wait was more than 20 minutes for a chicken strip basket and burger. Didn't help that a lady was throwing a giant fit about her order. When the food did come, you could tell it was freshly cooked. Seems like maybe 1 order is worked at a time instead of multiple?

The service was somewhat slow, but I was patient with the staff, as they seemed overwhelmed. We then found a dead bug in the sauce on my burger, which the manager then tried to convince us couldn't have come from them. We received our food inside, ate inside, at no point did we go outside, and yet the manager tried to tell us that the bug we found could have only come from outside, and tried to blame this on us. We received a refund for our food, but since we ordered our blizzards separately, even though we had to throw them away due to an obviously unclean environment, they did not refund them. Luckily we were just passing through, but please be careful and choose somewhere else to eat! I was lucky to not get sick.

sundaes come with barely any hot fudge. not even drizzled on top. not impressed. next time I will go to mcdonalds to get a proper sundae.

Stopped here today for lunch as we were passing through Minnesota. The customer service was AMAZING and the food was great. My four kids were a handful while ordering and the cashier was awesome with them. A woman who seemed like management possibly was great as well and made my toddlers day with a cheeseburger. Will definitely stop there again.

I honestly love the food. My main concern though is the lack of customer service. I've found they close early on random nights or they have the lights on but no one answers at the drive thru (tonight for example). I do have one complaint about the food. Sometimes when I get blizzards I get mostly vanilla ice cream. I love cookie dough blizzards so this always upsets me. If the customer service was better, the hours were followed and the food was made properly this would be a much better restaurant and I would be more inclined to go more often.

Very slow service-waited over 25 minutes to get my order. I would not recommend stopping here. Management needs to get the staff organized. My food sat there for every and was warm at best.

Terrible service, took way too long chicken strips and fries were pale and unappetizing. Got our 4 person tables order in 4 trips. They were actually telling people in the drive through and at the counter that they couldn't take their orders because they were too backed up. It wasn't even busy. Yet different times different employees friends or family members came in and they found time to speak with them.

I actually work here and we do package our meals up and cook them all at once in the microwave, and if they don’t sell, we reuse them the next day, we just re-microwave the entire box. Sure, the food is more difficult to choke down, but you guys complained about us being slow so this is our way of speeding up service and getting you out of here faster. Also, I see a lot of complaints of how long it takes us to take your order at the drive thru when there’s no other customers here. That I will take credit for, because sometimes we are busy doing other things. Some of us are on work release so we don’t always get to work on time depending on when we get released from the jail in the morning and how long it takes us to get to the restaurant, so that slows service down sometimes, so that’s not our fault if we are late. Also we have no control of the cash registers. The prices on the menu don’t reflect what you actually get charged, but that’s all programmed in already so it’s not my fault you got overcharged.

Nice stop on a particularly hot day. Drive thru and restaurant were busy but the staff worked hard to serve everyone in a timely fashion. Friendly people too. Bonus is that the Green Giant lives next door.

As a DQ employee, the place could run a lot smoothly if we had more people that actually stayed. It's hard running a business when sometimes half of the people working are training. So any quick learners out there should apply.. easy job with the right training. It's a small Dairy Queen, but sometimes rushes hit when we're super understaffed. Not our fault, wish we could help. I always do my best to give customers good quality food and ice cream served as quick as possible!

The worst restaurant I've ever visited. It took over an hour to get our food, and the food was cold. I also ordered a cake shake and didn't get cake in it and had to get new ones twice because they didn't even fix it. Even worse,there were dead flies in almost every window. If you enjoy of quality, steer clear of this mess.

Took forever, eventually they gave us our order after more than 39 minutes of waiting, and gave us slightly more food than we actually ordered. But honest advice, I would skip this place and go to the McDonald's next door. If we had been in the drive thru, we would probably have ran out of gas starting from a full tank by the time we got our food

Came for my granddaughter's concert.... Drove about an hour to get here... Took her out to eat and we voted in the DQ. Bad choice!!! Or first delivery consisted of 1 order short and the ones they brought weren't even the right ones.Second delivery... Forgot mine again!!!... And forgot part of my company's order. I resolved to just get a refund.... My son and his daughter TRIED to have an enjoyable meal.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Get 1 star as staff friendly, shouldn't have ate the microwaved Turkey BLT, with undercooked bacon and hot mayonnaise that was heated at same time. Going on two days of upset stomach, wish wouldn't have stopped and ate here. The sad thing is one of the workers had coach on her shirt which leads me to believe this person teaches staff how to serve and prepare food the correct way and if this is her way of teaching correctly many more will get sick.

Terrible food and worse service. Had my order wrong, no apology, and they tried giving me my correct order without reimbursing me the difference in price! Then they gave me the wrong amount back, that is unless the prices on the menu were wrong. Lettuce on the burger was inedible. Their soda machine that is supposed to have every flavor that Coke produces, was out of almost everything. Never coming back here.

WORST experience of a drive through. Everyone should be FIRED. Asked for 2 double cheese burgers, got 1 single. Waited about 35 minuets for everything. They messed up a simple drink too. Save your money. Staff is rude!!!!!!KNEW they messed up and when I asked for something different and my money back they just LAUGHED. DO. NOT. EVER. GO. HERE! Calling manager tonight. Save your money and go to mcdonalds across the street or subway or something. Burger was even undercooked. #the staff are morons. Thanks DQ for the worst experience EVER!!!

I was super impressed with the customer service. It was later at night and their slushie machine wasn't working so my son and I couldn't get what we wanted but they were kind enough to give us a large blizzard instead and a small blizzard on them. Definitely recommend!

Horribly slow drive thru. Didn't even get acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Then while we waited for our ice cream at the window, the girl working seemed more interested in talking to her friend than making our food. When she finally brought our ice cream, i let her know that there were 3 other cars waiting in the drive thru. As we left, the car behind us left without ordering.
