I was running late 5:59pm, walking in the door and Ally the store manager let me in. She helped me find my part and I got out of there ASAP! Mind you store closed at 6pm. CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Have to Love Small Town Friendly!!! THANK YOU!!!

I love going here. They have great deals. I typically go in for something specific and walk out with something I didn't know I needed until I saw thee lovely discount tag. Highly recommended for all your handyman needs.

Great store to go to. Every time I need something the staff go out of their way to either help find it or order it and get it in a timely fashion. My big fence orders are usually given in advance as I know not all stores are able to carry the amount of material that I need, the staff go out of their way to put everything on pallets so all I have to do is pay and load.

I like this store. Never heard of them until they came to our town. A little pricey, but not to bad. Quality, and selection of about everything is well worth the extra buck or two. I can get everything from fencing materials to clothing, and even grab a snack on my way out. Knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. Great place to go.

Store is kept clean and generally stocked well. Staff is very helpful. Service dept isn't too bad. Bought a leaf blower and after 6 months had an issue. In store mechanic was able to get it running again in a short period of time for free

Great customer service! They pretty much have everything I need for the farm and even have oyster shells that we use in our corn furnace to keep clunkers off the spindle. Great place to take the dog for a walk in Sub-Zero weather too since they're a dog friendly business.

No one asked to help me with anything and employees where busy with making jokes and laughing with themselves then to help a customer. The female cash register was very nice and sweet. First time in the store and customer service wasn't the best.

I had forgotten my debit card at Bomgaars after shopping, and these wonderful people let me pick it up after the store had closed. I pulled up in front, and "Cory", the manager, came out with my card. I was thrilled. It was a Friday evening, all my money was on that card, and I have to rely on friends for transportation. He saved me from having to wait until it arrived by mail the following week. That was so considerate! I'll never forget the kindness that was shown to me!

They say they close at 8pm, which is great because in Blue Earth on a Saturday at 730pm there are no other options. I hurry and get there at 745pm, perfect, still have 15 minutes and only need about 3 minutes to get in and get what I need and get out.Just kidding, they locked up early for inventory so I can't get what I needed in Blue Earth and it's been raining all day and temp is hovering around freezing so even if another town might have a sore that is open, the roads might turn to ice at any moment.Thanks bomgaars, in the future maybe consider doing inventory after business hours instead of turning away customers who might count on you and might have rushed in to make it before your posted closing time, only to find disappointment.I guess if l it is too late to make it to Breens or Lamperts or Parts City or Napa, then I'll just have to wait until the next day to get whatever I need; I now know I certainly can't count on bomgaars.
