I am NEVER shopping here again.To the young lady who checked me out today: what about me says that I should be followed, NOT acknowledged or greeted at check out, and asked if I was paying with stamps? You did NOT ask that of the older blond white woman ahead of me with the oversized purse and tattered jean jacket?I came in freshly showered, clean, respectable clothing, make-up done and money to spend. The ONLY difference I could see was the color of my hair and skin.To say I'm grossly disgusted and disappointed .... I know exactly what that was and I will never shop here again for EXACTLY that reason!Do better, young lady! And to the owners!!! Train your staff to BE BETTER. They are representing YOU!

High prices....got potatoes at deli...tastes like chemicals or old ...not sure which..yuck!!..never again...chicken is crazy salty...only good thing was the cashier was awesome...and deli person was awesome...quality not so much

Extremely high prices and they no longer help you carry out your groceries and that's a huge problem for the older people who live around the area. New management is terrible. I attempted to get a job here just to save up for a vehicle and I went into ask about my job literally a dozen times after being told I was hired only for them to tell me they don't have anything for me lol what a joke. It's much more worth it to get your groceries in Bemidji!

such friendly , helpful staff. Prices are a little high. Rotating stock ..getting rid of outdated food seems to be a problem but as long as you check dates.....I'd say the best thing to buy , and what a lot of people come here for is the Fried Chicken and JoJo potatoes ( potatoes wedges ) the guys that work back in the deli/hot food area are always smiling, friendly and seem to actually care about good customer service ! so ...get the chicken ...best in town!

RUDE cashier!!! Didn't say hello, didn't say please, didn't say thank you!!! Upon leaving, I said "you're welcome"... no response from cashier, who continued her conversation with the employee behind me making a purchase. The girl who bagged my groceries said "have a nice day" but not thank you. Won't shop there again! EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I work in retail and know this is unacceptable.

nice little grocery store a bit pricier than what I'm used too but then again I'm not used to being so far away from civilization...lbvs...they have great selection of hot and cold deli foods ..the fried chicken and potatoe wedges are well worth a visit and the staff who run said deli are so friendly and helpful ...they will definitely hook you up if you are picking up lunch ,dinner or if you are spending the day fishing out on one of the many near-by lakes !

I definitely love this country grocery store, and I'm not just saying that because I work there. It is nice to be able to go to the grocery store in 10 minutes versus 30 to get to bemidji. The people are friendly that you meet there and are helpful when you're looking for something.

Great small town grocery store. Has everything you could want from a grocery store. The prices were also very reasonable unlike some places where they jack the prices cause they know there the only place to shop. They also have a gas station attached to the store making getting gas very convenient. A one stop shop.

Wish they were never bought out. If you shop there ALWAYS check expiration dates and package seals. Quality has gone so far down. If only they had a manager that could actually manage.

A SuperValu store that had a great selection. Produce was attentive to seasonality (e.g., cannon pear 1/2 cases on display, and stonefruit not refrigerated. Things looked very good. Full selection of conventional product, and some vegan / vegetarian / organization c in center store and frozen/cool. Kitchen tools and travel cooking & cold chain gear was good. Friendly staff, even offered carryout assistance (declined). Deli, magazines, tobacco products rounded out the store. Nicely done.

Not had many good experiences at this place. There's a lot of prejudicsm openly displayed. Mostly by customers. I'm native American and this is Indian country, but there's still those that hold onto what they were taught for generations.

Dear Owner Scott,So excited to Come up north to See my Mom for her special Borthday.While shopping at your grocery store, ended up .....extremely difficult and Sad!Christy, the office person was absolutely rude, disrespectful and acted with unacceptable behavior !Giving me the stink eye and stared me down with such uncomfortableness.Her comments where so bad and out of control!I usually enjoy shopping at your store,But, yesterday 5-25-2019 left me and my handicap brother with such distaste!Not only did she go after my brotherBut she put me in a very difficult situation.No one has ever made such load and obnoxious statements to me or my brother before!This individual, Christy should be fired.It was obvious she has issues.As a business owner, my staff would no longer work for me with this horrible conduct and demeanor.I wanted you to know my experienceWith your staff.Christy.Your other staff were courteous and polite !Thank you for your attention on this manner, in hopes that I don’t have to experience this again while shopping at you store.Sincerely,Concerned customer

Living in a small town with only one grocery store is a nice quiet setting for people going on vacation the staff at the store are compassionate, their always right there if you need help with something I know first hand what the store is like on a daily visit I lived there and the store is always clean
