I went to this location yesterday. I’m super new to the area and needed Aurora garbage bags. I have never bought them before, as where I’m from originally we just buy regular old garbage bags.I looked up and down isles trying to find them and ended up going to the checkout and asked the lady (Debra) who rang me up where I could find them. With a short tone she asked which town, which to I replied Aurora. She told me they were at the end of the checkout lane we were in, and she asked how many I needed.Again being new to the area I didn’t know if they came individually or in a pack or how big or small they were… I just knew I needed these bags. So, I told her 5. I grabbed them from the area they were kept and noticed that they came 10 in a package. I then told her that I would only need one.She’s says you said 5!!I told her that I was new to the area and I wasn’t aware that they came in a 10 pack.She ignored me saying that and continued to say she was going to have to call for her manager to void them and he was going to be pissed.When her manager came over she told him that I said I needed 5 but she had changed her mind.Needless to say, that experience was terrible. I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me. A whole new area, we know no one and her rudeness was completely uncalled for.I’d give a 0 star if I could.

Decent selection of items, considering this is a small grocery store I usually find everything I need here. The employees are always friendly and helpful, they do seem to change employees often tho but there are some that have been there for years and those are the ones I always look forward to seeing when I go there. They have good sale prices if you get there at the right time. Overall, it’s worth it shopping here vs. other larger grocery stores because it’s easy to find things and their prices are better than the larger chain grocery stores like Walmart.

Great staff, store is small but has great deals, especially on meats. Clean, bright and a surprisingly large selection for a smaller store. We sometimes go out of our way to shop there because we like it a lot.

Love this Super One, floor staff is always super friendly and helpful. Even got them to add a few items the Duluth stores carry. Cashiers could be a little more outgoing.

While the fresh produce is usually lacking in quality and their selection isn't as big due to the size of this location, it's still a decent store with friendly staff.While not being able to get decent produce is an inconvenience, my biggest concern recently has actually been the lack of mask enforcement, since not even the assistant store manager will address folks violating MN's mask mandate.Thanks Miners Inc!

The employees are so friendly and courteous. Nice store, only a block away from me,so i can walk there.Wish they carried a few more items,but I like it none the less. Fortunate to have one in town!

Prices are crazy high, selection is crazy low, and the employees follow you around the entire store. Sorry my fiance is brown, but your racial profiling isn't my problem.

Well stocked if you're staying in a place that has a fridge and the ability to cook your own meals. Little tricky to find with Main Street all torn up, but managed to get in and out before they closed.

Used to be called Usave. Doing great after the remodel. Everything is clean, organized, and staff is very nice! Make sure to ask for coupon codes otherwise you may not get them. Very seldom had any problems here. WIC and EBT friendly.

It's a nice little store for our area but the younger cashiers are very rude. I watched him ring up my produce wrong today and when I corrected him he gave me serious attitude. Its terrible customer service that ruins reputation especially in our little towns.

Has an older employee who likes to talk about his co-workers behind their backs. And has also insulted customers when checking out. Also fire employees without giving them a reason and when asked they won't tell the person why. Horrible management

Wow! I am totally impressed by this little gem! My husband and I recently purchased a cabin just a few miles south of Biwabik. I ran into town a couple weeks ago to grab a few groceries and was so thankful Super One was there. I've been spoiled by the big Duluth Super One and doubted the Biwabik branch would be able to compare. Boy, was I wrong! I found everything I needed for our weekend and more and even grabbed a few groceries I know I'd need to start the week off back home. I've stopped buying my groceries in Duluth and hauling them an hour north to our cabin. Now, I simply make a quick trip to Biwabik. I am so thankful for this store!

A fine grocery store, I just wish it had a deli section and/or those hot, ready made, rotisserie chickens so you can quickly pick one up after work for dinner. :)
