card reader barely functions if at all, ceiling has leaked forever, there's hazardous chemicals in the back that haven't been picked up in years, the system is slow to the point of unusability, the bathroom is out of order and never worked to begin with, the water fountain doesn't work, there is zero air flow and it gets way too hot inside, the manager is terrible, corporate is incompetent at best and refuses to fix anything, and the pay is garbage. Its no wonder nobody seems to want to work here.Oh but don't worry they have the money for fancy new cameras that lag everything even more while putting security tags on almost everything so no matter what you do the scanner goes off at the front!

Terrible customer service ! I think corporate needs to enforce some drug tests and clean up the employees. I didn’t know they don’t take debit cards and when I asked the lady checking me out if they take card she snapped at me told me that’s what the sign says so why am I asking! As an auditor in retail and a IDBO I would not tolerate that kind of disrespect hopefully corporate reads this !

This place has it all! They have everything from toys, shower curtains, food, electronics, and more! Not only that, they have very knowledgeable and friendly employees. We just moved to Benson from the Twin Cities, and we are not used to that. With that being said, I thank you for reassuring me that Minnesota Nice, is very well alive and kicking.

Got a few things, but out of the cat food we needed. Purina one is the only food that he can eat.
