It has what I need at times, but check the fresh fruit and the potatoes when you buy them because over 4x I bought strawberries and tatos and they were moldy which I should of checked better before buying....sigh .

It's an ok place to shop, they have mostly low prices, but the people sometimes are terrible, the higher ups don't even show staff where departments are. The last time I was there, me and a staff member spent 20+ minutes looking for the craft section... I only shop here cuz of the prices, it sure isn't cuz of the people or the business.

It's the best & newest Walmart in the area. Would prefer if they were still open 24 hours a day, it was very convenient. Thankfully they still offer a large selection of goods at decent prices. Because that is what keeps me coming back.

Was looking for a specific brand and style of corn chips and was not able to buy them due to the condition of the chips in the bags. It looked like whoever had stocked them had deliberately stuffed them so hard into the shelf that most of the chips in the bag were crushed or in tiny pieces. With the cost of the chips, I will not pay for what looks like careless or deliberate damaged goods. There is no reason for that type of work or handling of goods.

Maybe I just come in at the wrong times, but often I'm met with what seems like half empty shelves, aisles not zoned, or having to detour due to pallets and groups of employees stocking and congesting traffic.

So many things out of stock and some items, it seems, won’t be available again. Lots of stuff the website indicates that they’re “in stock” in Bemidji, even listing the quantity left, but if the product is not on the shelves, some employees just say that whatever’s on the shelf is what they have. They obviously don’t have time or the desire to find products for customers —sometimes even if the employees are the ones to initiate the offer for help.The grab & go/convenience section is a nice addition.I wish they’d rearrange to make it make more sense but it has cleaned up nicely. A couple of the aisles in groceries are a little too narrow.There are a few employees that go above and beyond with great customer service. And I’m pretty sure they have a new cart guy. He was collecting those on record time recently. I wish I could recall all of their names. To those employees: I really hope you know who you are. We customers do appreciate you!!

I was looking for a new phone case in early 2023, I asked a very large gentleman in the eletronics department if he could point me in the right direction. Instead he rolled his eyes and said somewhere over there and never got up out of his chair. His name started with a D. I found his response to be very rude and lazy.

The main person at pickup was very good. Put bread in front after asking and made sure all items were set nicely. The 2 helpers were a little less nice. Tossing in items and basicly making a huge heap in my trunk. They were all polite and very nice though. It was below zero and I had a huge order. So overall good job.

Dirty and always out of stock. I frequently see employees just sitting on their phone. The straw that broke my back was that I waited 30 minutes for a fishing license and nobody came. I asked 2 different employees to send someone and the 2nd guy said yea I doubt I'll find someone. What? Ended up going elsewhere and leaving all the tackle I was buying behind.Update: I have tried going here on other occasions with no better luck. I am actually downgrading my review to a 1 from 2. You are much better off going to Target across the street or shopping local. I enjoy the Grand Rapids Walmart but this Walmart has officially lost my business.

This walmart is awful. Half the items on the shelves don't show prices at all, the other half ring up different from what it says on the shelf. Example: Roma classics say 2.50ea on the shelf and ring up for 3.58. Here's a photo of a 12 pack of monsters on the shelf with a $5 tag, these ring up at $19

Poor service, incompetence abound! Never enough check out people! I was in line for over an hour and half one day, because they only had the self check puts open. I saw no less then 4 employees just chatting away while we all say there and waited. I asked to see a manager and the lead said I am in charge of the front of house and was campletely rude, and I had to tell him to clean up a spill that would've cost the company millions if someone had slipped in it! Unfortunately it is the Walmart in the area. Wish they would get there act together.

This Walmart has some issues with its' stock. Almost every time I come in here every week I find something opened. At this Walmart, I sometimes see packages opened in the drink section or in produce. I also occasionally find bags of chips opened in the chips section. Although this problem of packages being opened isn't the fault of the people working at this Walmart, it is the jobs of the people working at the Walmart to consistently look after the state of things in the aisles and fix or replace things they see opened. Seeing things opened in grocery stores like this makes me worry about what else might have been opened or contaminated.

This infuriates me. I know, I know, there is far worse things people go through, but hear me out. Grocery prices have went through the roof. My family of four often does grocery pick up. The reason why we do grocery pick up is because if you ever need help in the store there's no one to help you. And yes I am speaking about Walmart. In particular Walmart in Bemidji Minnesota. When the grocery bill is over $417 when the normal grocery bill used to be $282 for the same things that we ordered less than a year ago.It is even more frustrating when you receive products sold to you at the standard retail price that are OUTDATED. This unfortunately is not the first time🤬. Then we have to send an email about a problem with our order stating that we've received outdated goods that we paid full price for. Then they say in 10 days we'll reissue you your refund on your credit card.I'm just happy and blessed that I'm able to afford groceries at this point.I know affording groceries and life necessities is not as easy as it was even a year ago and the majority of families(including mine) are struggling and some even deciding between food or their medications (if they can afford health insurance).The Walmart corporation making billions upon billions of dollars should at least be able to sell products that are not outdated!

I appreciate the remodeling and new layout in Bemidji. There seems to be a better selection of supplies and the shelves are stocked now. When I first moved to Bemidji there was always items I wanted and couldn't find them. The shelves were empty and a often a mess. I'm curious to know if it was new management or what caused the change.Now all the rules are self checkout. I find it out that some are cash only. That makes it hard for people going back and forth trying to find one that takes cards. Thanks for the improvements.

Wanted a bottle of facial moisturizer under $8. Was astounded to be told l must check out in cosmetics for this item or have it placed in a locked plastic security box. No signs posted about new policy. Since there was line of 4-5 people, I asked for the security box so I could purchase later with the rest of my shopping.When I was done shopping and checking out, I was told that the cashier didn't have the key so I would have to go to customer service.(and stand in line again).This wasn't a $200 bottle of perfume mind you, just some moisturizer.How in the world will Walmart be able to staff a cosmetic check out when they are so short staffed they can't keep a garden center till open? I have been at customer service when no one was available because everyone had been pulled to the floor.This system is assinine.I won't be shopping here for my cosmetics when I can go across the street and select my items off the shelf without the hassle.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔heck world

The employees are usually really helpful whenever I have needed help. If i start getting frustrated or annoyed I try to imagine myself as an employee and what they are going through. I am usually amazed by how well they are able to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with both customers and each other. Thank you! On a side note, I’m confused why this store is categorized as a Supercenter it doesn’t seem that big.

Update: The online ordering is a joke. The staff frequently "lose" orders. Many get cancelled with no notice of changing the pick-up time.Original: They only keep one or 2 registers open, and it is very disorganized. Customer service is something to be desired. And their security/shoplifting prevention team is racially biased.

They do have full hookups but need to mow the grass. Everything we did was on line no one came to check on us to make sure we were the correct people. You really just figure out where you are to go yourself. But the lots are spacious, and sandy gravel road coming in and on lots. If you have never been to Nevis, their sign is kinda hidden from trees, so our Google maps helped a lot in finding our way. It can accommodate large 5th wheel like ours or large motor homes. We were here over the 4th of July, and some in campgrounds had fireworks past 2am, so my dogs were not happy. But there again, it's a campground, so really, no rules posted that I can see. With a little tweaks this campground will be a really great campground. It is just minutes from downtown Nevis. And close to many great lakes and trails to bike & run or even walk. Close several good eating places like Bullwinkles, Iron Horse, and coffee shop Muskie Waters. Church nearby the Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist.

Very different layout 2 what most Walmarts are but still able 2 find everything with just as much ease. A lot of construction going on there & people are generally helpful & happy. No problems from this one & in my opinion is pretty layed back & I don't feel rushed or ambushed by crowds of people after exactly everything I came there 4. With that being said I like it & give it 5 star 4 being a quite unique Walmart up in Northern Minnesota.

Couldn't get what we needed due to construction. I needed groceries for my kids and the construction guys would yell at the top of their lungs to customers just trying to shop. Walmart had 1 hour left before closing could of started construction then. There was also a construction guy following us and yelling and we weren't in there way..very rude and obnoxious

I would like to send a special congratulations and gratitude. You have an employee named Bill Rich. About 3 weeks ago I was suffering from extreme lack of breath. Bill got me a mechanized cart, brought me water and followed me out to my car. He stood there patiently watching me until he was sure I could drive. A little later, I was admitted into the hospital with pneumonia. The doctor said that if I would have walked all the way to my car, I would have passed out from lack of oxygen. Bill Rich saved my life that day and I can never thank him enough. He truly is a special employee and I will bless him forever for saving my life. I think he deserves special recognition from Walmart Mart and I hope that the manager also lets him know how special he is. Thank you, Lori Sorsoleil

The vitamin section could be way better organized. They have vitamin gummies and the standard vitamins all arranged by manufacturer. So you need to look in five or six spots to see what your choices are for any given supplement in a gummy...if they even have it . It's just a confusing mess.
