My husband and I shopped the Bemidji store today and were pleased with the customer service and availability of the specialists. However, we were disappointed that there weren't any motorized carts available for the disabled as I am a consumer who lives with a qualified disability and walking is difficult for me. There was one cart marked 'Out of Service', and three other carts (only two were charging). This is something this store should fix because it's not the first time I've had this same issue at this specific store.

I have been here a few times recently and picked up on some of the good deals they had during memorial day weekend. Picked up a new washer and dryer set and had it delivered for unbeatable pricing. I have to say it is much quieter than the set we had before, my girlfriend appreciates the new set as it doesnt clunk and bang and scare everyone in the house anymore.

We were in the Bemidji Home Depot by 9 am Sunday morning. The gentleman in the building section promptly cut our board without hesitation. The guys working in the grill section didn't miss a beat by helping us pick out and load up our grill. The lady cashier was just the sweetest. Best shopping experience I've had in a long time. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond.

Wow they have a lot of stuff at the home depot. Aisles and aisles of stuff. And if you are lucky one of the associates will ask if you need help. Sometimes they even know the answer too! Bought an electric lawnmower because our old one died. They had just put them all away WAAAY up high on a shelf. And fortunately the one we wanted was still on the floor and we got a good deal. Yay

Best home depot I've ever been to honestly. The staff are super helpful, and the shelves are well stocked. It's in a slightly more convenient location than Menards in my opinion. They do a good job maintaining their plants as well, and I've gotten good tomato starters before. It's big, so sometimes it's hard to find things, but again, that's what the staff are for. I've special ordered stuff here before as well, it was a painless process.

Stopped in to get a couple things. Left with nothing. I needed mower blades for my craftsman mower. Could not find the right ones. I know they don't sell craftsman, but the blades fit multiple brands and are pretty common. Also wanted to buy a fruit tree. took while to find them as they were out in the parking lot. They only had a couple apple trees and one variety of cherry. Wanted to buy a cherry tree, but they were all dead on top. Some had a few green buds low on the trunk, but the top branches were all dead, dry, and brittle, and still marked full price. No one offered to help the whole time we were there either. In fairness I didn't seek anyone out, but would have gladly asked for help if someone had offered. I think I'll have to go back to the competition for better selection.

Passed at least 10 employees, not one even made eye contact and smiled let alone asked if I needed help. I stood in the flooring isles for a good 15 minutes, passed by numerous employees and not one even looked my way. Absolutely horrible customer service

My sister and I shopped at the garden dept looking for a bush that we haven't been able to find in a couple of years. We were so excited! They take great care of their plants. The staff was wonderful. They were extremely helpful. We will definitely do more shopping there.

Buying the appliance was a piece of cake. But the free delivery is a joke. We bought appliance and three weeks out was soonest delivery. Was scheduled between 7:30-11:30 am. I took time off work… Received a call at 9:30 am stating driver had called out sick so they needed to reschedule… not oh we will put on another truck and it will be later in day…. Not we will bring it tomorrow…. The next available date is FIVE days out. What if that driver is sick? They have no backup plan so don’t count on your delivery when they say. Poor business practice

It's dog friendly, which makes it easier for me to bring my girls along for the adventure. Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for as it's in a different location than what I expect, but I can usually find someone to help withina few minutes.Update: inventory online vs what is actually in the store is usually off, but that's pretty much every online inventory system.

Told the employee that I was fine, but when he came back to check on me, I was not fine lol he helped me find the right PVC fittings and reducers to complete my project.Customer service department is friendly and have always been accurate with my curbside/pick up in store orders.

Wanted to get paint but the mixer was down...customer service was nice about it...yet I walked out without paint for my house. Its been over a year since I stopped in and then that happened. Then for the few items I did purchase I had to go through a self-checkout...that messed up and I had to stand and wait for help. Ugh...not sure if I will return very soon...maybe I will try again next year.

I order about $1000 worth of lumber and went in to pick it up. When I arrived I immediately was treated like a burden. "You will have to go talk to someone at the other end of the store." No offer of who and once there they acted put out. The only person in the entire store who was friendly and helpful was the young guy who loaded our trailer with ed the forklift.Now I know we why I don't do business with this company. The poor customer service.

Amazing service. One of the gentleman who helped me with my trailer today, went above and beyond to help change out my trailer hitch. I didnt get his name but he did way more than he had to getting me tools and helping me and I'm very thankful. I wont shop anywhere else.

I remembered why I don't shop here. Not only are prices higher here than Menards or Fleet, but the staff, ugh. I am just tired of being ignored by staff that just doesn't listen! I went in to buy a hot water heater, because mine was leaking. A pretty serious issue and I needed an immediate replacement. They only had 2 in the store. I specifically told the guy I had natural gas, I never said the word propane, but the one we looked at when we were discussing my needs he asked me "do you have electric or gas?" I said Natural gas, he apparently didn't listen. I said I liked the one we were looking at because of a specific feature and asked if it was the type I needed and he said, yes it was for gas. He then said it would be delivered and put in the next day. I did the paperwork and waited. At noon the next day I called to ask where it was? They didn't know. Finally the plumber called and asked if he could do it next week? I told him no. I would be out of town. But he was sick. I told him I was told it would be in today. He showed up at 3PM with a propane hot water heater. I was NOT happy. By 4PM I was livid, had been back to Home Depot had fixed their mistake, had to trade down to a different heater that did not have the feature I wanted, and had to wait until 6 PM to have this complaining whinny plumber put in the heater. Guess I should be happy I have hot water, while millions of people on the planet don't have clean water at all.

Home Depot doesn't back up their appliances they sell. I do not recommend buying any appliances from them. The 800 number is a joke and hard to figure out what number to push to get to who you need to talk to. Then having to get transferred to the company that makes your appliance.
