My dog loves coming here! I come here for his grooming, for nail trimming, and for the occasional doggy daycare. Jacob is wonderful and so are the other gals I have seen working there. They know me and my dog by name. Great place!

Took very good care of our boy. Never been to a daycare before. Chubbs was shaking & nervous, but was relaxed when we picked him up. They had time to give him a bath too. Would definitely bring Chubbs there again!

When I got there I questioned myself about leaving my dog as it did not smell like the place had been cleaned in a while. The price was high for, the cut job on my Yorkie face was very choppy. She didn't smell like she had a bath.

I was able to get a somewhat last-minute appointment for my dog to be groomed and also on top of that they were able to take my other two dogs for care while I was at my eye appointment I was very appreciative of their service they were very friendly carrying with my dog 🐕

I scheduled an appointment for my dog to get groomed several weeks in advance, the day of my appointment I arrived at the building to find out that they were closed due to a snow storm, but they failed to contact me and let me know this, so I wasted several hours of my day driving 40+ miles one way for nothing. I don’t think you’ll be getting any more of my business.

Incredibly friendly staff that does an EXCELLENT job grooming and loving up dogs. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I love that all of the dogs get to hang out together as they wait to get picked up or groomed. Absolutely using Bark Avenue again. They also do doggy day care and training classes!

We took our schnauzer, Cosmos, to Bark Avenue in Bemidji for grooming today. We've been going there for years and never a problem. Well, there's new owners and they're terrible now.They were rude and did a horrible job. They said she bit but Cosmos has never bit. She's always been described as sweet. Her hair wasn't cut hardly at all and they charged 40 dollars.We will never ever go to BARK AVENUE again.

Our dog Riley is anxious but he had a good daycare stay at bark avenue while we were visiting Bemidji! They were accommodating and kept him in the office where it’s a bit more mellow, thanks again!

Lady had a daycare day with other dogs, when we picked her up she was happy to see us and seemed to have had fun. I noticed the water dish was dry. I had asked the young man to keep an eye on her bladder and bowel relief as she hasn't gone in the snow before and hadn't gone for almost a day and a half. He forgot and didn't know if she went at all. Also, when we got home she ran to the water dish and drank for over 5 solid minutes.

Our almost 3 year old Golden Retriever, Ms. Abby, loves going to Bark Avenue groomers. She gives them 5+++ ruffs (human stars) for how nice they take care of her grooming needs. We are so happy that we have such a professional and well maintained place to bring and leave our dog for her grooming needs. They listen to what we want in specific grooming areas, and she always smells and looks beautiful when we get her back. Thank you for such great care and service. I took my husky here to get a bath / deshedding treatment done and was quoted it would take at most 2 hours and it took 4. I arrived for pick up (with no phone call to let me know my dog was finished) and my dog was sitting there done, while 2 employees were on their personal cell phones. When we were on our way home I noticed her tail was shaved/cut. They cut her tail without calling to ask me first and it looks like they just took a scissor to it and made a blunt cut. It looked TERRIBLE. When I called to ask why, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about or how it happened. They told me I would be refunded the money - it’s been months and no refund. DO NOT waste your time or money here!!!! The review doesn’t even deserve one star.

I took my rough collie there a year ago for grooming. He was not bathed nor brushed. They shaved his legs, most of his tail, his ruff, and his chest. I went to the car and cried. After a year his coat has finally grown out, but his ruff is not as long as before. One star because they did a good job trimming his nails.

Dirty place and they clipped my little dogs nails and 3 were cut too short that they bled. Inexpensive place however. You get what you pay for here.
