The location is fantastic overseeing the water and the service is superb buy the food was a serious disappointment. We were both in the mood for pasta dishes.My wife got the three cheese chicken and rigatoni while I got the Fettucine Alfredo. The 3 cheese Chicken and Rigatoi was the most balanced and would have rated a great score with its fresher herb flavour and balance of cheese and nice mellow garlic undertone, except, as the photos show, it was very oily and greasy which made it unappetizing.The Fettuccine Alfredo was similarly greasy but was finished with raw garlic and had that metallic and harsh flavor raw garlic imparts. As you can see in the photos, there was grease left over on the plates after finishing and the pasta is oil glossy.The bread and soup sides were very nice however. They are supposedly known for their pizza and I sincerely hope it is better executed than their pasta.It has to me mentioned again, the atmosphere and service were fantastic and if I were staying in the area longer I would certainly give the rest of the me u a try to see if this was a one-off.

I was going to give it a better review yesterday. When the bartender acts like you're a burden, kind of hard to give this place a higher review, which I think it deserves. I think the food is pretty good, most of the servers great, but today, I felt neglected and kind of brushed by. It was a 4 star yesterday and 1 today hence the 3. Just treat every person like they belong, whether they do in your eyes or not. If you just do the bare minimum, I'd be pretty happy. At least it was spotless.

Ok so I really wanted to give this a 3 star but I very much loved the new homemade mozzarella sticks so that earns you a 4, your welcome. Let's talk about some of the bad before I end with good...The service I experienced was poor. Our waitress would pretty much run up to the table and speak very quickly asking questions before promptly running away again, and it was not that busy. Then when my girlfriend picked up her last fry the waitress swooped in and took the plate, so there my girlfriend was with food in her hand and no plate. The best employee was probably the guy running the front.Now good...Food is always good. I've never had the pizza which is apparently very good. Like I said before I love the new mozzarella sticks which are a good price for quantity. I enjoy finishing the diabolo wings that my girlfriend doesn't, and the 4 cheese burger is very good, however small in size. One thing that stinks is it cost $50 for 2 of us to eat and with 1 appetizer, so the price was a let down.Overall, a place I'll eat at in Bemidji and not complain a whole lot.

I had not been to a Green Mill restaurant since my days in Chicago. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The atmosphere was really good too. It had a Great "Vibe". The pizza we ordered did not measure up for such a good restaurant. To be fair, it was very busy. It is a higher end genre and the prices reflect this. Not overly priced. I will go back, and give it another try. It has the makings of a fun and vibrant eatery.Kid-friendliness: Lot of kids, it on the water....Wheelchair accessibility: Power assist doors and very accommodating for those with wheel chairs/walkers.

Food is great, service is awful. I really disliked my time here entirely due to the lack of decent staff. It is connected to 2 separate hotels. If you're connected to 2 hotels then you need to be able to handle busy evenings. Stayed a weekend for hockey tournament and visited on 3 occasions. Zero hustle and zero care. Only reason I give 2 stars is for the bartenders busting their butts.

I ordered a lobster mac and cheese and I got shrimp instead. Same with my soup, instead of beef and barley, I got tomato soup. In fairness, they were all good, it was just that I did not got what I ordered. Server were nice. The area is clean. Has nice views since its near the lake.

The food was really good and so was the location. This is positioned right on the lake and would be a perfect spot for the summer time. I was their in the winter time and the atmosphere was still good. I'll come back again if ever in the area.

Excellent Chicago style pizza, very good burgers. Best meal I've had in a long time - chicken parmesan with lobster in garlic sauce!!! Cheap at $17. Excellent staff -I are there 3 days in a row 🤣

This place has the best food ever!!! They were very fast even when they were busy!! This is definitely our go-to place once every week!! There chicken fettuccineis good!!! And always love. Went in for an early supper on a Monday. It was well staffed (i worry about that on Mondays), The atmosphere is really nice. Great view of the lake from the patio and window tables. Food was good. I got a burger, but wish I would have tried a pizza. The ones that went by our table looked really good. We had the house margaritas and they were very good. Our server did a great job. It looked like the others were being very attentive also. Good experience overall. I recommend it.

Usually a good time. Service is hit and miss. We get better service on the bar side or outside on the lakeside. It is nice to have a place to dock the boat and grab a bite on the patio.

Bemidji Green Mill & Duluth Canal Park are my favorites. I had boneless diablo wings with the delicious bread and butter delivered. Food came in a reasonable time. Wings were SO good! The manager Luke, was very professional & courteous. What a nice man. Bravo!
