Great customer service and so helpful! I recently bought a house and an older John Deere was left here for us. Seller told us upfront it needed maintenance and suggested we contact Kibble which is where it was originally purchased 30 years ago. Unfortunately it was just not worth it to fix. But kibble came to my house in Minnetonka to pick it up and didn’t charge me for pick up, diagnosis, or removal, and even came back a second time to pick up the attachments we had for it. Patrick talked with my boyfriend and gave advice and suggestions on new mowers.. went and purchased a new mower from them today and even got a little trade in value for the old mower. Chloe is who I talked to for updates on the services and she was really pleasant to work with as well.

Terrible sales and customer service team. Bought a new tractor from them and had the snowblower break in December and dropped it off to be looked at and was told it would be warranty. 4 months later I can’t get anyone to call me back from the store and the blower is still not fixed.

I had called in an order for parts to our planter. The parts were waiting for me when I arrived about 15 minutes later, rung up and ready to go. I was waited on quickly and the staff was very friendly.

Great place staff is very helpful. Only place out of jd dealers that will help you get hagie parts. I farm 120 miles from them. Midwest eq. And haug both clueless.

Not a terribly positive experience with their online order system, they do not communicate with their customers, they were quite unfamiliar with my JD machine and largely unhelpful.

Was a ghost town there. I really miss the family dealerships. John Deeres idea of these dealerships with multiple locations is not serving the farmer as well as the old small town dealerships of the past.
