Just picked up 2 steaks from my natural grocers in Fort Collins Colorado and cooked up these steaks with a chimmichuri sauce. Soooooo good! Incredible flavor, super fresh! I love that this company uses grass fed beef and not injecting their cows with the MRNA vaccine. These are all things I look for now when purchasing meat as a consumer. I can't wait to try more of their products. I highly recommend! Thank you Thousand Hills!

This is the best meat available in the entire world. True regenerative farming practices as 1 of 13 savory hubs & third party tested by land to market & AGA. The flavor of the beef brisket bacon is out of this world as is every other product. 🙏🏻

Purchased the ground beef and sticks; family loved both. I rarely write reviews of food that I buy at the grocery store but this takes the cake. This is the worst quality meat I've ever purchased. Almost all gristle and fat. Not fit for human consumption. Shocking that anyone would package this up and attempt to sell it. I'm saving the package to make sure that I never buy anything from this company again.

Great company, small local business that everyone should support. They practice regenerative agriculture which traps carbon in the soil and is net negative carbon. They do not use chemicals and raise high quality beef. Their products are very good. The hot dogs/sausages are phenomenal. The burger and steaks are also extremely good. I would recommend everyone buy meat from this Thousand Hills.

Bought two half pound steaks from Natural Grocers in Tucson. Literally inedible. So tough and gristly could not be ingested. Chewed and chewed but eventually had to spit out. Dog next door wasn’t even interested when offered the massive leftover portion. Bland to boot. What a waste of money.
