I'm currently pregnant and cannot stand even looking at meat but really like egg. I have never really eaten meat so all my life it's been really complicated to get something without meat so I'd usually just take it off myself. I ordered my extra complicated order in the driveway and the lady who took the order did it with such ease and the order was 100% correct. I've never been so amazed at a fast food place.

Honestly, this McDonald's has restored my faith and humanity. I was greeted very nicely through the drive-thru. The teenager working the cashier window was very attentive and caring and didn't seem like he was just there to be working but he cared about people. My food came out extremely fast and the second window now is greeted by a very nice elderly woman. Told me honestly to have a very nice rest of my day with a warm smile. Every single McDonald's out there should take notes of this one in Becker, Minnesota. Job well done

After Getting Home, I Saw All 4 Double Quarter Pounders We Got Were Raw 🤮 When I Called, The Manager Said, It Was Cause I Ordered Too Much Food & I Should Have Told Them To Cook It Twice 🥩🥩I Didn't Know That It's My Fault For Them Giving Me Raw Food 👉🤮 And This Was The General Manager That Told Me This 😡BTW, They Also Refused To Refund Us Our Money 😔💰#RawFood*UPDATE... After Posting This, McDonald's Said They Would Send " Free Meal Coupons " To Fix This, But Still Have Not Received Them 😕

We went through the drive thru for a Big Mac meal and a double quarter pounder meal. The Big Mac only had 1 patty, so I called the restaurant and advises the person that I only received one patty. I was advised to go in for a “better Big Mac”. We went through the drive thru again and received a 2nd Big Mac- again, with just one patty and 1 cheese! Finally time I went inside the store and talked to the manager and showed them the two burgers. The manager flipped through my burgers and handed me a 3rd burger that now actually has 2 Patties but barely any Big Mac sauce and ONE CHEESE!. This is the saddest looking Big Mac I’ve been in a while. She then asked if I wanted the first 2 burgers back?! Like seriously…you just literally flipped through the burgers with no gloves on! Will definitely need to reach out to corp/ regional office on this one.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. I ordered the crispy buttermilk sandwich today. I took one bite and spit it out. The meat was soggy, brown, undercooked and smelled rotten. The sandwich was unusual looking with no tomato and shredded lettuce. The fact this kind of food is sent out is very disturbing.

No no No don’t EAT here!!!! Good luck 😨😥🤬 almost too much to even wrote this review- cold food, slimey floors , concerning food quality —ffff- grade just not ok !! Lackadaisical attitude of staff when the kiosk didn’t print out a receipt so hope u have a good memory to remember your order number……then my order wasn’t even appropriate to what I had punched in I asked for no cheese …. For allergy.. I got- cheese…. No bun so sloppy out into container cold burger patties not even warm—- forget if you wanted hot food …what a joke - stay far FAR away this place!!! Asked for specifics…. no pickles no mustard can we read ? It is not difficult hope I don’t get food poisoning — 😡 just sad!

If you wanted McDonalds and you had to choose between Big Lake or driving another 7 miles to Becker McDonalds, I'd make the drive. As far as MC D's go, Becker is much better operated and more equipped to handle, making a cheeseburger. For what that's worth.Update. Came in tonight placed my order at the kiosk went to the front to pay and wouldn't you know it, forgot my wallet. The manager was so polite and understanding and said don't worry about it. This one's on me. Talk about customer service. Top notch. Couldn't say enough about how kind that was. That's how you keep customers.

This place needs a chaperone for the staff. Pickles and napkins on the floor, none of the sinks work in both restrooms; complete chaos. Nothing against the staff, they are just kids, just need someone over 30 to watch over them.

Stopped here for dinner. Ordered a meal that was missing toppings. When I asked for a refund, the manager was condescending, disrespectful, and acted like it was my problem. I left a "highly dissatisfied" store survey as well. Seeing the other 1 star and 2 star reviews on here now, I guess I can't be surprised. I get that food service isn't always fun, but that is no excuse to be rude, refuse a refund when it's your fault, and act like the customers don't count for anything... especially to a customer who unlike you was polite even when bringing up the issue.

Rotten ketchup. Workers say “you’re not suppose to use that one” there are no signs, not taped off, NOTHING. Just was told “that was a year old ketchup” 11/22/2022 and they did NOTHING about it.

Almost everytime I order food here the order I receive is incorrect. I have called numerous times after I left to let employees know and nothing changes. An employee took down my address and promised they would mail a free meal but I never received it. Bottom line: don't expect to get everything you order and pay for or that their error will be made right.

We wanted to surprise our daughter with a happy meal for lunch today. These are the apples we got in the meal. Plus they gave us the wrong sized fries again with the 6 PC happy meal. I downloaded the McDonald's app to use the deal codes and no one knew about them so instead of it being a quick in and out it was a 20 min + ordeal. Once again not surprising dissatisfaction.
