Mobile ordered tonight from the DQ app. During the process, the order was to be ready at 5:42pm. I got there 7 minutes early. Place was clean and in good condition. At 5:41pm I got my order. I checked though it and noticed I was missing an item. I notified a crew member about the issue. They made a new one but did not make it the correct way. I ordered a deluxe but they tried to give me a cheese burger. I asked the crew member if it was a deluxe. He said it was but I doubled check. I told him it was not correct. About 6 minutes later I finally got my food. When I checked it at home I noticed it had mayo on it. In the order I had mayo removed. I guess they have some learning and training to do to make sure they won’t have future problem. I guess the biggest letdown as being told the food was correct when it was clearly not. Never said sorry or my apologies for the inconvenience.

I called in with a question in regards to the sundae sizes and how they differ and the manager on duty on 2-14 in the evening was AMAZING!! I will be returning a lot since I can just cross the street for DQ!!Parking: They have plenty of parking compared to other DQ's.
