I purchased a new leather couch and two oversized chairs. All electric along with the protection plan a little over 2 years ago. The one chair has broken in the open position along with the electric not working on it. The other one is on the verge of breaking. The furniture seems to be falling apart. When I contacted their insurance program they told me it would be 3 to 4 months before I would receive any parts. I can't do anything with it or it will avoid the warranty, so I contacted Becker furniture world and they told me they would try to expedite. It has been over a month and I still have no ETA on parts and a chair sitting in my front room broken. They're excellent at selling you the product, but after that they don't seem to really give much of a darn. I am extremely aggravated and they don't seem to care if I sit with a broken chair in my front room for 4 months. Not to mention they haven't even looked at the chairs to see completely. What is wrong is there is multiple problems so more than likely I will be having to do this again after the parts come Very disappointed!!

Our experience was excellent! Nathan Z was very attentive (without being overbearing), patient, knowledgeable, and he stayed over an hour past closing to help us make our final selections to make sure everything was just right. He also worked with the manager that evening to make our daughter a very happy girl during a very difficult time in our life. Thank You Nathan and thank you Becker Furniture!!!

I ordered a bedroom set and the color is not even close to the color of the sample or the picture they provided at the store. I spoke with several members of the Becker staff and basically they say there is nothing they can do because the manufacturer states it is the correct color. As you can see from the pictures, they are not the same, but expect me to pay for something that is wrong. They claim the pictures in the brochures normally never match. I finally got a rep from the manufacturer to come out to my home to compare with the store sample and they tried to tell me I needed to accept it because they aren't responsible for how the color and the wood looks. Please look at pictures and judge for yourself, but please be careful in ordering from Becker as they do not back their product.

Jill was terrific to work with. Really knew this Amish furniture brand (B&O Railroad) very well and gave good answers to all my questions. Honestly, why go anywhere else for furniture? This place is a behemoth in terms of size and selection. I went in today, found exactly what I was looking for & was out the door within a half hour. Furniture gets delivered tomorrow. Top notch!!

We were pleasantly greeted as soon as we entered the door. Every employee of Becker Furniture is outstanding. Becker Furniture is lucky to have these individuals working there. Their people and their furniture are of the highest quality. We found everything we needed from dining room to outdoor seating to mattresses. This was the Worst cheapest made furniture I've ever bought. Never again. The coating on top of all the furniture Wore off in less than a year and the furnature is garbage. I bought a complete bedroom set and $300.00 insurance. I filed a claim and they completely refused to stand up for there furniture and admit there furniture is all garbage DON'T BUY FROM BECKER FURNITURE World

Poor communication between delivery and what’s in stock. Set up a delivery time for a new bed set, then got called by the store that it would actually be 4 weeks longer before delivery. Delivery occurred today and while putting the bed frame and base together, the delivery employee stated it doesn’t fit. So after waiting 6 weeks we still don’t have what we bought back in the beginning of January. I hope the return process goes smoothly. Will be looking elsewhere for a frame.

We worked with Mehkayla at Becker furniture in Becker and she was Wonderful! She helped us two separate days, she created a floor plan for us on an iPad to give us a great visual! She also gathered our contact info and did additional research for us as our floor plan was pretty tricky!We came a second time and she helped us for several hours giving us guidance and also giving us space to make decisions on our own, it was the perfect balance!She was SO patient and helped us find the perfect set for our tricky floor plan!Best furniture shopping experience we have had yet!

I have purchased furniture multiple times within the past year, and on multiple occasions (if not every time) experienced issues with either the furniture or the establishment. Products from the main sales floor (not clearance) missing hardware or main components (like a TV mount for entertainment system, or leaf for a table. ALL included in price), major knicks and scrapes, cancelled orders without notice (we waited for delivery...) and delayed reimbursement. When addressing problems with staff we've been told it's out of their hands and they're nothing they can do. After giving countless second chances, we've decided we will no longer purchase from BFW.It's disappointing that the quality of the product does not reflect the price point.

We had some issues with an order, but the staff and management were extremely helpful and helped fix the problem. We have bought all of our furniture here, and will continue to do so. Definitely check out the stuff they have on clearance as well. Some great deals are hiding in there, we could not be happier with our purchase.

DO NOT. I repeat NO NOT buy an extended warranty for any purchases. They are absolutely worthless. Any claims get denied. Lesson learned. Never trust what the sales teams tell you in regards to purchasing extended warranties. Pay attention BFW on the warranties that you are selling.Still waiting for a call from the service manager after 5 months. With that being said my opinion certainly has not changed. Deserving a 1 star on many levels.
