Christmas Up North located in Fenstad's Mini Mall on the side of Highway 61 in Beaver Bay has an awesome collection of decorations, ornaments, houses etc, see pictures. I have purchased two favorite ornaments and one collectible Christmas Village house here. Open year round this small locally owned business is a good place to shop if you want a treat for yourself, or are looking for that special gift, like their hand painted sled dog team ornament. Halloween, Easter, Thanksgiving and other seasonal celebrations are also catered for. Christmas Up North has placed the themed collections in groups which makes navigating around the store easy. Dog lovers, Car & Motorbike enthusiasts, Wildlife aficionados and Sports fans will all find something special. The space is shared with the Cedar Chest so you get the bonus of two stores in one.

This was such a great place! They had all kinds of awesome souvenirs and gifts for everyone. I bought a bunch of gnomes and my daughter got some cute Knick knacks. The lady working was so polite and sweet too! My daughter set her phone down in the store and we didn’t realize til we got home and I called the next day and they mailed it back to us no charge! Can’t wait to come back!!
