I brought my dog into PetSmart over the weekend for a grooming and everyone was very friendly and professional. The grooming area and lobby were both kept clean. My dog, who typically isn’t a fan of having his nails trimmed, behaved well with the staff due to their attention to detail and genuine care for my dog. I am impressed by the grooming staff and I am definitely going to be bringing my dog back here. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Dog mom and dog approved.

Live shrimp! For over a year now, I've been waiting for shrimp for my aquarium. Excuses Excuses Excuses every time. This isn't the locations fault, it's a corporate fault. I know I'm not alone, I've had five other people say the same when I've been in the store. I'm constantly told to check on Thursdays. However, they are always sold out. You'd think since there is an overwhelming demand for them, you could fill the supply end of the deal.

My puppies love their new harnesses! And when we went into the store to pick them out they got so much attention. Plus I bought one harness that unfortunately didn't fit my big long dog. But no worries, returns are easy!

Because my dog was squirming, too much, they stopped the groom. The problem was they only clipped one back leg and left the other three long. The groomer never trimmed the face or ears which can be done using a scissor! A three hour groom time took one and a half walked out with my dog, looking like a preschooler cut her! They charge me for a bath and brush out not a full groom but I will not go back there. She had been groomed by other groomer in the past there and I left with a decent looking cut! Shame on you for charging $45 and only because reason I left the groomer a $15 tip was because I hadn’t seen the hack job that was done to my dog!

My daughter's fish of 2 years does so I took her in for a new one. They have an awesome set up for the Bettas so the fish don't have to see each other. My daughter got a happy and healthy fish ❤️

I usually love visiting PetSmart, almost every week or 2 for years. But today I had the worst experience ever. The cashier was the most rude person I have ran into at this store. I was just trying to use a coupon I won on the App Store and it would work and she was not helpful and rude. Any other cashier I have ever had never had a problem and was very understanding and helpful, and outgoing.

Will not be returning, manager is extremely rude. Went in for a few reptile items, noticed they had bettas for 50% off and adoptable, I have a 75 gallon tank with about 10-15 guppies and figured it would be a perfect addition to the tank so he could get better as he was swimming in green water and kept tipping over. Went and also got betta food and treats for him to get extra protein, went to checkout, cashier had manager come over and asked about tank info, rudly stated that bettas and guppies cannot be together and that we cannot get the betta for that reason.

Went there to get my clients pomeranians hair cut, she paid $60, and they took maybe a half inch off. Couldn't hardly tell he had a haircut. They claim they can't cut the hair down to the skin. That's not what she wanted. She wanted at least 2 inches cut off, not worth the $60

The other day, i had the worst time getting my VERY timid 60 pound dog out of my car into Petsmart (we adopted him and he’s had past trauma). Anyways, as I was struggling to get him out, an employee named Sami was walking by and saw my struggle. She went above and beyond to help my dog Maxwell feel comfortable enough to go into Petsmart. I was so relieved to have help!! She even waited in the grooming salon with me until it was Maxwells turn, taking care of my other dog Piper. I left that day feeling so grateful for Sami, I can’t believe someone would go so out of there way make sure Maxwell and I both had a pleasant experience.I also want to acknowledge the 2 girls that always take such wonderful care of my pups! Cassie and Katrina from the grooming salon treat my two dogs like their own. Cassie is so great at making my very timid dog Maxwell feel comfortable, he can’t stop giving her kisses when we arrive! And Katrina has a way of dealing with my very sassy, diva of a dog Piper. She works VERY HARD with Pipers attitudes to make sure her nails get cut. These girls are absolutely wonderful!!

This PetSmart is always tidy and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going here to see all the animals! We adopted a guinea pig from here almost 4 years ago and he has been a sweet addition to our family. Also, if you find deals on their app, or website, they will price match. All you have to do is ask!

I didn't have the best experience a few days ago and called the manager after walking out. I went back today asked for him and he was beyond helpful and extremely kind. Thank you Albert for everything. My kids are happy with their new pet Crabs and snail! It's nice to know that some stores still have management that cares about all customers!

Was in there for 30mins looking for something to save my fish and couldn't find it. Even looked for someone help and everytime I got close to a worker they run away and then I got someone that was cleaning tanks and she was Rude to me and then I had to call someone in my family that buys it all the time and ask him where it was cuz no one there could help me and there was like 7 workers and only 3 Customer in there including me. Everyone around me got help but not me. Never going back there I will be ordering my things off Amazon instead.
