Small shop in a small town. Don't go expecting Hornbacher's level of appearance. Good food for the price though (like 8 bucks I think.) People were nice, and I didn't buy veggies this time as I was on the hunt for a quick lunch, but stuff looked fresh from glancing around.

They had alot of interesting local food and items you dont find everywhere in addition to the norm. The people working went beyond friendliness also. I was stranded there with an overheated car waiting for someone in a super hot day and i went in to get some beverages and snacks while i waited. I brought my companion animal with and they were helpful to both of us,findingme a bowl fir her bottle of water and mentioning places that could help with my car.

The owners are great. The evening staff (mostly kids) are friendly and nice. The day staff, however, are rude. You give them a cheery hello and the take a second and give you a forced hi.Then, they do not acknowledge you for the rest of the transaction. But if the person is a long time local, they will talk thier ear off.This has been going on for such a long time, I just opted to shop at walmart.

We love this grocery store! We summer at the campground in town and visit the store frequently. They have a great selection and even have a bakery and deli, where they serve a variety of hot lunch items during the week. Very friendly staff, too.

Prices keep going up, selection keeps going down. The high school students have never been clued into being friendly or customer focused. Seem more interested in chatting with their after school classmates than focusing on their work and customer engagement.

Make sure you check expiration dates. I can't tell you how many times I've had to throw something out when I get home due to it being expired and forgetting to check while in the store. My daughter purchased mozzarella pearls and found mold in them that night.

Despite the remodeling of the store, there is still improvements to be had. I spotted several apples that were rotten, and had huge gouges in the cases that were refrigerated. I separated the wilted dented apples from other apples so that the workers could notice it easily. I am shocked at the amount of good food that goes bad here. In the meat section, there is label-over- label, with different prices, later expiration dates etc.

I always plan to shop locally...Our community has a great grocery store & I enjoy buying most of our food there. I feel that we must support our local businesses whenever we can. I also am very pleased that I am able to fill nearly all routine prescriptions at Barnesville Drug.a

Nice associates they greeted me when entering and throughout the store, clean establishment. Wide variety of different items not a lot of 'off brands'. Some items the prices are a little high. Over all pretty decent.

Great hometown grocery store! They have everything you need so you don't need to go to Moorhead or Fargo. Plus the employees are friendly and helpful an always have a smile!

Been shopping here for a good chunk of time now, and Ive always been happy with the selections of food available. Always great deals to be found if you can hunt them down. The staff here are also very helpful; just about every time Ive had a question regarding the location or availability of a certain item, theyve given me helpful answers.

Great place to go to for necessities vs. Having to drive into Fargo. It would be cool if they had a bigger meat selection, but I understand why they do not.

The meet selection is great. The pre-packed burgers are really good. I would recommend the ones with cheese. Bratwurst are great as well.
