I love that they are pet friendly..I have been going there way more often now because of being able to bring my dog and it makes my shopping experience so much more enjoyable and I never leave empty handed. And since I am able to bring my dog I never feel like I have to rush so I take my time and always end up with way more than I originally planned, because once u can see everything they have available. There are so msny different things that can help with all kinds of projects I had never realized they sold til I had time to really search the store. Excellent customer service!

I came to pick up a uhaul. I was greeted and helped instantly. People are friendly, the store is super clean and well organized. They had my truck and trailer hooked up and ready to go. Whether you're getting a uhaul or fishing bait or anything In-between, I highly recommend them

I was profiled from the time that I walked in for being native American by one of the staff and when I confronted him about it he didn't deny it but clearly I was the only person that was asked if I needed assistance when there was other people around as if I was zoned in on like some petty thief or someone less.

Very friendly and helpful whenever I come in and for whatever I need. I am in my first house and it's old, so when something breaks and YouTube doesn't have quite the tutorial I need, I know I can get detailed help here without being made to feel stupid. I've also noticed MANY prices are well below some other hardware stores... Feels good to go to a store, get the help you need and not feel like someone looted your bank account after you leave!
