No one says hi.I worked in retail for 31 years and greeting people when they come in the store. Sometimes there busy stocking shelves and can't greet you right away that is understandable. But when you are shopping the store and you walk past them they still don't say hi. When Deb was the manager everyone said hi.It takes nothing to say hi.That store really needs training. Customer service is the most important in retail.Please train these people better.Thank youWendy Rothfork

Overall it is a nice clean new store. Employees are friendly. I just question the layout. It seemed a bit scattered in how they planned the departments. The new store in Pine River was mapped out better but I will still shop here.

I gave the cashier too many ones, I watched her count them out n asked her if I gave her too many n she quickly threw them in her cash drawer n closed it n said nope u were right on.. I know it was my fault for not dbl checking but ppl who work in them positions should at least try to be honest.. never going back there again!!

Great to have the store in town and love that they have such a wide variety because you can find almost anything you need or something that will work! Hope they eventually get their management and employee turn-around straightened out but otherwise it's a great store and super convenient.

Although everything isnt a dollar, if you have their app; it will give you discounts, latest sales & it comes out pretty good in my book! They are convenient & will help out as they can! I like the clearance sections myself!!

Very cramped and crowded layouts a little chaotic the people working there gave me a uncomfortable Vibe as if they thought that me and the kids were there to Rob them. PS what's with the weird ceilings in the Dollar Generals it's the third one I've been in, they all have had what looks like plastic coated puffy white insulation as a ceiling and usually parts of them are coming down & sagging... dark and gloomy

After waiting a few minutes and a line forming I had to go to the break room to retrieve the assistant manager and another employee because nobody was around. Pretty disappointing.

Great store. I know all are pretty much the same. But I was impressed with how friendly the staff is and how organized the store was. They have a redbox out side.

They must have had a freight delivery as the isles were very crowded with merchandise. You have a lot to choose from in this store.

The manager is rude and so is her staff. The store was dirty one of the staff smelt like weed and one of the staff sneezed INTO HER HAND AND DIDNT WASH HER HANDS SHE RANG UP THE PERSON INFRONT OF ME. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO A STORE WHO STAFF IS THIS NASTY!!

I'll tell you that the dollar tree is so much better. Nothing is over a dollar. And I mean "NOTHING". But they don't seem to have made it up north out of the city's yet

It's a Dollar General. Manager did not know the phone number for the Pine River and there is NO FEDEX PICKUP from this location.
