Anybody that lives in or around Avon will agree with this; up until a recent change in management and many, many people let go, the customer service was LITERALLY the worst I can think of. In my life. I've worked for 20 years in customer service. Painfully bad, to the point where customers were often visibly perturbed while the staff seemed largely apathetic.The worst ever.HOWEVER,They have new management, basically a new staff, and as a result now I *look forward* to going there.If in the past you were completely flabbergasted by how ridiculously bad this store was, then you should know that it's actually a good place to go now.

Food - sometimes available during morning, but their advertised items aren't available.Pumps - sometimes breaks down or out of order, credit card sometimes works.Car wash - sat for 10 minutes (with no car in the wash) after paying $13 for their top tier wash, but it did not provide undercarriage & tire cleaning as stated

This particular store is not as good as mostCasey's that I patronize. They were out of the free item just before Christmas, and would not substitute. Then, yesterday, I stopped in for UNL88 fuel which is required for my government vehicle, and the pumps weren't working. The manager apologized, and claimed he has reported the issue 15 times!Parking: The parking in front of the store is too close to the filling islands.

Stopped last week on the road, can't give a deal at 9:45 pm because (it's stealing) closes at 10 pm from the company to buy dried out food that's getting thrown away anyway. Stop tonight after a very long day working, nothing ready, nothing in the warmer, at 9 p.m. ( they got slammed) according to a kid working. Make up your mind. Want business, don't care, or costumers don't matter. Can't stop for breakfast because I personally witnessed food hit the floor and then go into a container, then in the warmer. Get your business straight, or let a company that cares take over.

A very friendly and awesome cashier named Dylan greeted me today! It's so nice to come in a convenience store to take a break from driving to have a friendly conversation with staff. Will return to this store again! Thanks Dylan for making me feel there is still nice people in this world!

The people at the counter seemed nice, but at 5:30 pm on a Sunday there was no pizza or any hot food. No reasob to stop here if you don't have pizza, might as well stop at any gas station.

I love Caseys pizza every-where but NOT this store in Avon! I've tried it 3 times always barely any sauce, asked for extra sauce she forgot, gave me a small dip sauce cup on the side, what a joke. BAD PIZZA, DON'T GET YOUR PIZZA FROM THIS CASEYS Pizza!!on the pizza

I ordered pizza and wings online.. I went to go pick it up.. and no one was there! She said they are on break for an hour... plus the time I ordered! I was not happy so.i said I'd go across the street and she told me fine.. go ahead... lazy, rude, and the employees at Avon Casey's doesn't make Casey's look good!!!

I'm not sure if they have switched their pizza maker but my favorite maker wasn't there last 3 times we ordered pizzas and picked them up. The pizza's were not very good either. Most were doughy, less toppings on them than normally and the taco pizza was baked with all the cold toppings on. I hope it goes back to the way it was.

Coffee lids do not stay on....I asked for help and they treated me like an inconvenience. As soon as I stepped outside the lid popped of and my coffee spilled everywhere. I will never stop here again.

This gas station is not that old, they have a lot to offer but I went to use the bathroom after I added gas and oh my gosh! Nasty, nasty, nasty! I just expected better from Casey's.

The pizza is good when you can get someone to answer the phone. Don't stop if your in a hurry tho cuz it's about the slowest gas station you'll find. Nobody is in a hurry in there.

I stop by on my way home my kids were getting chips and guy making pizza made a comment of what are they stealing I did appreciate that never stopping here ever again.

Located just off I-94 in Avon, this Casey's is a great stop for gasoline, or treats for the road trip. They offer their made-in-store donuts, and pizza, which is very good for gas station pizza.

Nice being able to make 1 stop for gas, breakfast, water and ice. Total for 3 girls and 2 adults plus gas didnt even break $50!

They say they stop making pizza at 11 stupid then they should advertise that when u close at midnight u make pizza till 11 40 just because u close at midnight don't mean u need to leave the building at midnight
