I had the worst experience with someone in electronics. He was rude rolled his eyes had an attitude cause I asked him if he could help me. I’ve never has any bad experiences at this Walmart. It does not matter if you don’t like your job. You need to do your job and work with a smile. And be nice to your customers because you’re working for Walmart.

This isn’t so much for the Austin store but Walmart in general. Do better! At least act like you care about your customers. I ordered an item online. You’d think when you spend $700 on an item they would give you some information about your purchase. Tracking “information” is useless because they don’t give you the information you need to provide to the shipping company. When I call and ask them about it they told me to wait until the delivery date….. when is that? It’s been a week and I dont know when or if my item will even show up. They don’t care plain and simple. As soon as they get your money they forget you exist. Customer service just does not exist within this company.

Harassed by greeter when I was leaving. They were talking to a customer in full conversation. So I walked by and past the sensors which not didn't go off. As I'm about to walk out the door leading outside and then she chases me down saying I need to make sure you're not stealing. Note THE SENSOR DIDN'T GO OFF CAUSE I PAID!! I continued walking out the door knowing that I didn't do anything wrong. If you don't trust your customers then close self checkouts and stop making them feel like criminals

This store just annoys me. And considering I've spent enough money in there to build another wing it's extra annoying. The workers in electronics are generally annoyed if you ask them to unlock something. The clothes selection compared to other area Walmarts is bad. Good luck trying to find a cart that doesn't pull to the left or right or squeal or just not work at all. Also why have the third door in the seasonal side if it's rarely open? Is it really that difficult to keep a couple of cashiers out there? Overall the store is just kind of dingy and in need of a refresh.

We go there every week. It's a 'have to go' shop. It has all the requirements we all need in our life. Nice and extremely helpful place.

Friendly service. Our cashier was very helpful. I forgot bread and was going to just come back for it later but they offered to have another co worker go get it for me. I really appreciate the courtesy. Was a great shopping experience. Still great experience the workers are very polite and helpful.

How unprofessional...was not greeted with a hello.. nor how are you...cashier chewing gum..discussing...my edibles food bagged with cleaning products..seriously..I paid with cash..he looked at the money..cashed me out..said here's your receipt...no thank you what so ever..I spent $194.19...and you cannot do any better than this ??..

Stayed overnight in our 5th wheel RV. Great location with easy access to sights in the area. The parking lot was pretty full and busy until close (10pm) and as soon as the store opened. But quiet through the night. We stayed next to another 5th wheel.

There is one register open at 3pm and a giant line guess they want u to work for yourself and do self checkout also the ppl that pull the orders never get over for u at all horrible

Don't bother calling this store for any reason whatsoever because they won't pick up the phone. And if they happen to actually do something and pick it up and you have to be transferred to a different department, that department won't pick up the phone. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I understand being busy. I've worked in retail many years, but that's no excuse to totally ignore the phone.

Pretty much just a regular Walmart. No tire service though in case you were wondering.FYI!!: The Liquor store hours posted are wrong... They close at 6pm on Sundays, not 8pm!Feels pretty safe, though I have seen evidence of shoplifting. I love the easy order pick up. 4 stars for misleading/outdated info. Thanks!

I miss Shopko!This location is no different than any other Walmart I've visited. The employees definitely don't seem focused on customer service so I usually end up doing an online order if I'm unable to find what I need in the store. Although, it's not my preferred method I'm glad to have the option.I still miss Shopko!

Went to return an item with the receipt. Little known Wal Mart policy. No returns after 90 days.The item was under $10. I ended up getting a "coach" to approve it.

Don't clean carts! They have foam to clean carts! Not impressed with the workers!Rud! They have bottles behind the cashiers to clean with, who cares about the customer! Was told this was for the employees, not for us customers!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, the quality of workers at this austin store are low. The most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. No registers open ever, customer service is non existent. The Rochester store and Albert Lea stores are far more efficient than this one. Do better.Their clearance is not clearanced at all, I have no idea why every other surrounding store has way lower prices than they do on the same items? Questionable and trying to rip off the community.I have a bag clips that need to be returned because there was one missing out of the package. Low quality grocery store, rotten fruit and veggies at times have to make sure I watch for that also

Not the nicest or most organized store. The plants in their garden center aren’t very well taken care of. It’s hard to find anyone to help in the store and everyone seems bothered when you do find them to ask for help. The only great experience I’ve had in the store is with the paint department. They’re quick and ask questions about your project to make sure you’re choosing the best options for your project. Walmart in general has gone downhill since they’ve kept people off the registers and made it majority self check out. They have a ton of registers but they are never in use unless it’s Black Friday. As a mom, it can be difficult using the self check out as it takes my attention away from my kid and I am one who keeps her eyes on her kid at all times in this crazy world we are in. I hope Walmart will reconsider this one day soon.

I've read a lot of negative reviews about this store but I've only had one complaint about an employee and he was fired. All my interactions with employees have been good.Tim, the cellphone guy is very knowledgeable about not only phones but everything in electronics. If you have an issue with your cellphone, he usually will have the answer for you. And he is very respectful to customers.

Every week there's more than one thing that isn't stocked. On top of that you've got associates that can't answer a question like an adult. I asked a woman who was very far gone from being a kid legally, if they had any 9 volt batteries (the thing you put in a smoke detector every year) and she led me to kids' four wheeler batteries and said "looks like I've got six and twelve volt and that's it" and then she literally ran away with her arms up in the air saying "I'm sorry" in a cartoonish voice you would expect on a PBS puppet show. There was a different associate who I asked if a particular item was I'm stock in their inventory. He came back 30 minutes later, scanned the shelf barcode and without looking at it once immediately said "nope" and walked away. There was more the next aisle over on the shelf. Don't ever expect customer service just make sure you allow for unequivocal wasted time.

Ok shoplifting costs everyone money...went to get flea and tick meds for my dogs...it was behind a locked system... waiting 10 min for someone to get a key...then told they can't give it to me...they would have the product at the register...I've never felt more like a thief...i think it's worth the drive to Roch...

Just bought maybe 30$ worth of meat. I put it all in my freezer right away. As I was prepping for meals tonight, I realized it was spoiled. Turns out, all my meat I bought is spoiled and expiration dates date back to 3 weeks ago.
