The sales lady was so attentive to my needs and helped me a great deal, offering her opinions to help me make up my mind. I still bought 2 pair of shoes and 2 packages of socks. I wish we had one of these stores in Winona, MN.

They do not follow advertisements. When I was walking in a hispanic women was reviewing her receipt and alerted them to what she suspected as a mistake. They waved her off and stated it was correct. I didn't think much of it. I made a purchase and thought it was more than what was expected considering the sale. I returned to speak with them and was told that I should be happy I was getting a discount and where was I gonna find brand-name shoes at any discount price. As a hispanic woman, I felt it to be a racist and discrimination. They even insisted that we were the only ones to complain about any prices and should be glad we could even afford it. I try to shop local to austin so stores may stay in our community but never again will I return to this store.

Treated people very poorly. Matt tried to excuse their error with "atleast your getting some kind of discount" "where are you gonna get any shoe on sale". A custoner prior to me alerted then to the sale not being as advertised abd they said it was correct. I alerted them to the same and that was the response. When asked for someone else to speak with because of theyre comments was tolled they would not provide.

Suggest that your correct hours be posted on your online presence. Potential customers who drive into town find it very annoying to find that the hours posted on your store do not match those posted on line.

It's a great place to work and the store employees are nice.if anyone was to work at shoe sensation it would be a great job to have.the team work is amazing. The shoes they have in inventory are always up to date and comfortable to ware.id recommend shoe sensation to anyone that's looking for a professional environment and great quality of shoes

Service could use a lot of work.. Noone greeted us when we walked in and no one asked if we needed help or looking for anything specific. Waited at cash register for 5 minutes before I had to go find someone to ring us up

They don’t have much shoe taste and the store is stuffed with shoes you can buy from ROSS, would consider selling brands like Jordan and Nike at the store for a better profit and more income from it.

Shoe stores never carry my size. Staff were helpful enough to order me the shoes I wanted and ship them to my house at no additional cost!!
