It's OK. Had a rough time returning an item with the receipt. Had to wait for a supervisor in order to do so. I don't care to argue about the quality of a tool if I bought the wrong item for my husband and I have the receipt can't I return it with out the hassle and get the right one? It's a good tool I get it but I got the wrong one sheesh.

9/2023 Stopped to grab a jacket or hoodie as the weather was unexpectedly cool, good selection reasonably priced. Staff at check out was pleasant. Still nothing to brag about, it's an older building and the parking lot is in rough shape. The interior was in good repair and clean. Bathroom was clean, that's always a plus.

Has tons of stuff needed for DIY home improvement. My Lab, Cinder, loves it even more. They're dog friendly and great with my dog. I have to keep her from going behind the checkout trying to steal treats as they always have a stash at the cash register. And the staff are knowledgeable with what they sell.

3 stars due to the parking lot being in poor condition. Other than that the customer service was satisfactory and the stores selection was plentiful. The checkout lanes get backed up for long periods of time, perhaps an upgrade to the stores network and/or cash registers would help speed things up a bit.

After first moving to the area and visiting, this store seemed over expensive to what I was used to back home. However, even though it's a 30 minute drive I am finding myself shopping here more often. I am enjoying the selection of items I am looking for and many unique items that we find. Their prices are definitely in line with other merchants in the area I have now discovered and I have come to terms with it. We do like visiting and shopping this store now. Thank you!

Runnings is a go store when you're looking for a special dog food or the special part you need for your farm operation you'll most likely find it here. We actually needed a freezer and found it here.

The employees have so much knowledge and one of the employees help.me.with mu home assignment that consists of certain tools.he knew exactly what I needed and knew the test amazing. As a black man it's hard to get stores to help.but he was a natural and really cared about what tools I needed and he even gave descriptions on how.to operate the tools. He treated me as a human being and ill always thank him

I bought some foam insulation, 8 cans to be exact and only used 4. I tried to return the other 4 and I no longer had my receipt. Being I didn't have my receipt I could only get two dollars and something back for each can and I originally payed seven dollars and something for each can. You all made good money off me for this. I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANYTHING EVER NOR WILL MY FAMILY!!!!!

Always find what I need and then some at runnings. I very much dislike shopping with my husband because he wants to look at everything and I mean everything.... let's look at farm supplies when we live in town and clearly do not need a chicken coup! He could spend hours looking at the clothes, boots and tools where I am a get in get out don't spend more than ya have to kinda girl lol

I use to rely on Runnings to have the Pro Stall pine pellets. It's easier for me to get it there than anywhere else. Now it seems like they can't keep things in stocks.Now everytime I go to buy it at Runnings it's gone. Everytime.I drive to Fleet Farm now. They ALWAYS have it in stock, and it's cheaper.

We just popped in to pick up some hiking boots, found a couple good deals. Wish they had more in stock for our various sizes. Store is much bigger and has way more variety than we needed or had time to explore.

**UPDATE**The Manager “Michelle” at Austin MN Runnings, gave me the correct tomato plants today and let me choose which plants I wanted to fix the unexpected mistake. Was a bit tough finding a spot to plant them but I figured it out :) Thank you so much Michelle for your kindness and help! I now will have a nice harvest for canning my tomatoes!I bought “Super Fantastic” tomato plants from Runnings Austin MN and they are not them. They are cherry tomatoes I now see and I now cannot can them for the winter like bigger tomatoes l do every year. Wasted money… The growth of the plants though are nice. I’m just now doomed for my winter supply of whole canned tomatoes. I trusted them!!

First trip to Runnings, as we were visiting our new granddaughter. Went in to look around and see what you had.We have two Treager Grills and our large one quite working after 10+ years. We met Kenny and what service. We weren’t sure if it would fit under our bed cover, so he went and measured the box. We weren’t sure, so he went outside to the truck to measure our truck bed. It would not fit, but he suggested a way to make it work. We came back the next day, bought a freeze drier also and Kenny got two others to load the grill and drier into our truck for the 5 hour plus trip home. Kenny was amazing and we will be back on our next trip to see our granddaughter.John and Monica.

Great store for the country minded folks. Pleasantly surprised to find 7 different types of root beer I've never tried (or seen for that matter) before. Will definitely go back.

Huge store and we enjoyed walking around. Husband got himself a new wallet that I love very much because he finally get to throw away his old one. 🤣 The baby chicks were so adorable. When we got to the sporting good section my husband COD and PUBG mode kicked in.🤣A bit pricey but I believe it's well worth the $ when the weather gets . Etc.
