Needed a few things, but get disgusted every time I go to àustin,Mn store,It is so filthy. Had lots of empty shelves like usual. Ceiling has many large pieces missing.Someone from cooperated office needs to show up. Albert Lea is 12 Xtra miles, never seen that store a mess always need and clean,lots more items to chose.

I was pleasantly surprised! I live in the Des Moines, IA metro. Our stores (even in the suburbs) are so poorly stocked it's ridiculous. This store was AWESOME! Not only were the shelves fully stocked, but the variety of items were so cool. There were items I haven't seen at any of our stores. I was excited.The cashier that helped us (short silver/grey hair) was very friendly.We have family in the area, we don't get that way often but we will try and get back when we are in the area for sure!

This location is terrible. Corporate needs to visit asap. Today while there is was 42 degrees inside the building, staff was forced to wear their winter gear to stay warm INSIDE.The manager on duty treated the other employees like trash. She gossips and says foul things in front of customers including my children. And the condition of the building and the disgusting dirty isles are the least of the worries. 💁🏽‍♀️ I felt terrible all around

This was the most dirty store I’ve ever been in. I attempted to send an email rather write a public review, but there isn’t a contact us link that will work. The floor in this store hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was disgusting. When I asked about why it was such a mess, the employee stated they couldn’t get a vacuum that worked. That is ridiculous. This same employee also spoke loudly about a water issue/repair they we’re having. This is not something that customers need to hear about. I will use the Albert Lea store over Austin any day!

It was okay, I feel bad for the dude he was by himself and they were super busy, but it is a Sunday.. we were there today, needs some tlc, floors were rather filthy, and looks rundown, but I really hate complaining about things, just letting you know what should be done! But it's closer than the Mason City store, and MUCH NICER!! WAS very convenient, the gentleman working was also very friendly! 😁😁

Have never been treated so rudely at any store. Was attempting to check out and employee who obviously hated her job and children kept on nit picking my kids, watching their every move, telling them they couldn't open their bottles of pop in the store that I had just bought them because she saw one of them drop one and said they were shaking them. She was making all kinds of grunting noises and made comments about how I should be watching my kids when I was trying to pull out my debit card to pay. It had went through already when I had had enough of the mistreatment. I took my bags out of my cart and said I wanted a refund. She called over the manager And low and behold, they don't offer them. This is the second time I have been treated incredibly rude by staff members there in the past week. Would not recommend anyone with small children go here unless they want to be made to feel like garbage along with their children.

This store is by far my least favorite location to have shopped at out of all the locations I've seen in Minnesota. Merchandise is always scattered across the floor in a mess of a way.The carts and shopping baskets are so dirty I'd rather not touch them is a understated remark. Never have I seen the shelves stocked up making it look like it's going out of business some would think perhaps. The new employees are nice but I've had issues with rudeness from some of the people working there longer....making me wonder why they still work there . I'd tell anyone to go the Albert lea location any day.

Great prices for greeting cards and decor, of course. But sometimes long line... And cashiers open a new line and haven't been trained enough to say, "Next person in line can come here." They just let whatever disrespectful (usually the last!) person go ahead.

Absolutely shocking! The store is in desperate need of cleaning and restocking. Myself and several others I know will not shop here any longer due to the filth. The floors are just atrocious. I really hope corporate finds out about the conditions of this store.

Store is in desperate need of attention. Shelves are chaotic, messy and not stocked. Boxes clutter the Aisles and floors are disgustingly dirty. Only positive was the checkout clerk was friendly.

I really dislike how there is only one register open, the store is filthy and looks like they never vacuum. The cashier's I politely told them cleaning chemicals should not be bagged with food and she did it anyway!!! They are always hiring yet they never hire experience workers that need a job!!!

The most ghetto Dollar Tree around. Dirty, always bare shelves and the ceiling has had missing panels for years. I definitely do not go to this one unless I can't make it to Albert Lea or Rochester.

Horrible hot in there...They never seem to turn the air on...its dirty, they won't let you use the rest room. The selection of items is very poor at best. Albert Lea Dollar Tree is much better!

Pretty good variety, but the shelves were a little stingy and bare. It's not their fault for having only one or two employees there.

Its ok. The floor needs to clean and keep stuff stocked and its not the store but people with kids that let them pull stuff off the shelfs and leave it on the floor thats not good look for dollar tree. Perants need to watch there kids and the store needs to be clean .

Bad experience today. Went to check out and we were told that line was closed, moved to the next line and a white woman went right up and was taken care of. A black man got in line and was told that check out line was closed, he moved to another line and that cashier called out her line was open. By the way we are Mexican. Not right at all
