Small town store with more tucked in it that is immediately apparent from the outside. The store curls around inside for more square footage of products than it even seems possible. At the entrance and by the registers bulletin boards hold cards and ads for local tradesman helping to find the services you need.

Went in for the first time today only needing 1 thing. As I was searching the shelves for it a really nice guy came and asked if I needed help. I always get frustrated when shopping at big chain stores where finding someone to help you is a game of mission impossible. Here I didn't even have to look. They actually have employees available and willing to help. This is why I try to shop local small businesses whenever possible. I will definitely come back everytime I need something this store has.

The last 2 times I was there, I was not impressed. From associates offering free sodas to their friends to asking for a specific item and having them "help" look in the aisle only. Absolutely no words spoken by the latter associate, maybe a grunt or shrug. When I asked if it could be in the back, I got no response. They could use some customer service training. I don't expect much, but this is ridiculous.

What happened to making customer happy? To sum up- I recently had false charges to my card account so I paid cash. Consulted my card app while still in store and was notified that I had 1 hour to process the transaction again. When I told the gal that was at the register. She refused me saying "huh, no" while gathering up her things and leaving the register counter to the two youngsters that had no clue how to process a credit card the old school way. So I was doubtful they would have been able to refund my cash and make the payment to my card. Normally this kind of thing I take in stride and brush off. But using the rest of my cash not being able to get it back I am not looking forward to an atm withdrawal issue at another store before finally going home.I do love the store though all of the things I can find when I need to without the crowded Walmart atmosphere.

It's a nice store in general with a vast variety of products. The staff are all very helpful. The prices are a little high, but I am sure that is due to being a small town and the current inflation. Very busy store.

Their selection and prices on tools terrific. I purchased a small rotary tool elsewhere once and immediately regretted it when I saw the selection and prices at Ace were much better. Great stock on hand from paint, plumbing, or yardwork equipment and parts.They seem to have whatever I need and staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Usually have what you want, or can order it.Staff is not very friendly, however. Factual, willing to do their job, but never apologetic if something's not right. No "Oh sorry, I made a mistake" or "Sorry we are not carrying that anymore..."Except for the older gentleman, who is truly a gentleman.

Great service and well staffed. Convenient and has an incredible selection of nuts, bolts, and hardware. Regular prices sometimes seem high, but there are also really good deals too. The glass/window repair is very reasonable. I think the Ace brand furnace filters are good quality for the price point (especially on sale). I'm glad to have this store in town.

Needed some crab killer and a 6' stainless steel chain. Some kid named Angel helped me out. Got me what I needed plus talked me into buying a Dremmel with accessories ($250). Good kid, U ain't paying him enough!

Conveniently located in the Sterling Shopping Center. Ample parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. I have found that they carry quality inventory at reasonable prices. They have the capacity to order items not in stock.
