I have been taking my dogs, and those of the rescue I worked with, to Twin Pines for somewhere around twenty years. Deb Cox and the girls that work for her are excellent. They are both knowledgeable and personable. It helps to be able to laugh once in awhile. In an emergency they have always been able to fit me in. I highly recommend Twin Pines Vet.

Without a doubt one of my favorite places to be. Dr.Cox’s explains everything to me and I learn something new every visit. It’s nice that they are quick and efficient. They are absolutely a 10, but I hate sharing that because more clients will come. Twin Pines Vet Clinic is pure gold to our breeding program.

All the staff are very caring towards all the pets they treat at the clinic. My dog is pretty anti-social, yet they are able to keep her pretty calm throughout. The care received is top notch, in my opinion.

We first experienced Twin Pines in early 2023 when we needed to board our 3 yr old Persian cat. There are not many places that will board cats while providing gentle, loving care & human interaction. Twin Pines exceeded our expectations so much so that we switched vets for both our British lab & his feline brother! They are the best!

We were new to area and had issues with both our cat and our dog. Dr Cox was able to take care of the cat and alleviate fears we had regarding her general health. And re: our pup...meds were prescribed over the phone, based on symptoms. However, when in clinic to pick up meds, they noted his more severe symptoms without an actual appt. As far as I am concerned, he would not be with us if they hadn't taken time out of their scheduled appts to address his issues. He is alive and has made incredible improvements. Thank you, Twin Pines!

Staffs really care about my dog. The vet (Dr. Cox) really takes her time as she does my dog’s annual checkups, dental work, and even the staffs showed me how to do some basic things at home myself. It is obvious that they are a business that really cares about the animals. If you come from out of town like me and have to wait a while as you wait for a pet procedure, stop by the Banning junction.

They are very nice they will explain everything , all staff seemed to have the office running great I took my 9 week old puppy for a check up and her shots, they gave me a free sample of flea and a deworm. The appointment for all they did only coasted $80 well worth my money

I have been going here for many years. Always accommodating and affordable. The staff is amazing. Best vet by far I have been to. My dogs get excited when I tell them we are going to the dogtor. They walk in like they own the place. Highly recommend.

My old dog needed an emergency procedure and the attendant I spoke with on the phone (Brandi) gave me great information and made it happen as soon as I could the dog off. The Dr. did a great job and her charges seemed reasonable. Thank you Dr. Cox!Update: My young dog recently needed emergency care in surgery. This veterinarian is a professional first and a business second. Not many vets leave time in their schedule for a true emergency anymore. Thank you Dr Cox for maintaining your high level of professionalism, a stellar staff and fair pricing of services!!

Dr. Cox was fantastic when our dog was sick. He was having seizures for the first time, so it was scary to us. Dr. Cox walked us through every step that she was doing and why, answered all our questions, and made sure all of us were comfortable before sending us home.
