Staff is always very caring, knowledgeable, and kind. We get appointments quickly when needed and generally within a few days for general care and checkups. We feel blessed to have found this vet through a referral from a close friend.

Arlington is the best! Staff is amazing and the vets are great and knowledgeable. Only wish the drive was less and they had a restaurant closer while waiting for some of the longer surgeries.

Agreed with all the GOOD comments from others on this clinic. I've been to many clinics.. this one is the best. Very friendly! And these people get on the floor with my dogs, make them feel comfortable... They know their stuff too!

Our regular vet was unable to see our dog because they had a full schedule. I called Arlington Animal clinic on a whim and was able to get in right away. I appreciated the prompt, professional and very caring service. Our dog ended up needing a prescription and I was so pleased to not have to wait. I also was very fond of how they seemed to take time to truly listen to us and sent us home with very detailed (and easy to understand) paperwork.

They allowed my mom and dad's dog to die After being seen 3 times. The dog was puking at 1st they pumped her Full Of fluids twice I asked them have they ever seen the case as bad she had pancreatis attack They should have recommended a hospital. Instead They kept on taking my mom and dad's money when Lola died that day. I called her and asked for somebody to call me that day that I was very upset my mom and dad thought that our dog was gonna live And nobody called me it is clear that they just want your$$$ After three visits And a thousand dollars worth of bills poor lola died within twenty four hours After The electrolytes they put under her skin never recommended a doc hospital for her to stay in. Never call us back never. Never said sorry for For their loss my dad is heartbroken cried for a week When he thought that she would live Because they didn't recommend a hospital they just wanted art their money My dad is My dad's eighty five years old he is so heartbroken I would never take another pet there ever They're money hungry heartless people after I ask. Twice if they ever seen a case is bad they never said that she would be in critical condition she needs to go to the hospital My parents thought she was gonna live she died because of their mal practice or not caring.

Loved these folks as they take care of all 3 of our cats. They even came to our Gaylord home as 2 of our cats don't travel well. Great friendly staff...would recommend in a heartbeat 💓

I only give one star because I have to. I am a low income person that has a medically needed support dog. They agreed my dog needs to be seen. I can't make the payment the same day. But can make it when I get my Social Security check. They would not do that. This vet clinic is clearly only worried about making money and not animal care. In my opinion you should find a different vet clinic than Arlington.

Dr.Karen and the rest of the staff are very nice. Someone always picks up the phone within a ring or two. They patiently answered all my questions and they are being safe about Covid. You can tell they care - the gal that brought my girls (two cats) back out to me told me they were well behaved and enjoyed a couple treats which was nice to hear 😊

Prices fluctuate based on what you get qouted significantly. Refuses to check calcium levels for a poisoned dog when unable to seek treatment elsewhere

We have been going to them for years. They take the time to know you and your dogs. They have been there for all of our dogs. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. I would definitely recommend this vet clinic.

Observing COVID rules so they come out to car and bring back. Very gentle good service.Would recommend. Had an older dog in for check up and rabies and distemper shots.

I am so impressed with the office staff and the vet staff at Arlington Animal Clinic, they took such GREAT CARE of a stray cat, that got injured outside of my home - (former stray now :) - he had to have an injection of antibiotics (one and done!) for a badly injured paw, and got some pain medicine, I was worried he broke it, but luckily he did not! They also tested him for feline leukemia, luckily he is negative and scanned for a microchip - no chip. The ladies at the front desk were so kind, there was ZERO wait, we got right in, and they helped him within minutes of us arriving and offered to help carry his bulky kennel I had to borrow from my big dog! They were awesome-both booking my appointment and checking me out and scheduling our next appointment for his neuter, and the Vet staff was very sweet, and were EXCELLENT at their jobs! I can't say enough nice things about this place, it was a day and night difference from the nightmare experience we had earlier in the day being forced to wait outside with 20 other pets and "hope" for an appointment at a different clinic in Eden Prairie, going forward all my animals will only be seen here! I am so glad I found this place and I would HIGHLY recommend them even if it is a long drive for you- I should also add they were VERY REASONABLE and I paid the same if not less than the clinic that made us wait outside since 7:30 this morning hoping to get in, with such a serious wound to his paw while he is in pain! OUTSTANDING!!! :) Thank you again, for getting us in so fast, on such short notice and being the A-Team of office and vet staff! XOXO

I bought my baby boy Ruger here due to throwing up, I spent 800 with no real results so I took him elsewhere and he ended up dying because the Vet at Arlington didn't know what she was doing. I dont wanna hurt everyone there's reputation, but I lost my best freind and true love to malpractice. I was told that if he threw up to bring him in and he threw up as he left they said that they'll count that as excitement. They said if you pumped him full of fluid he would probably flush it out, instead causing the "blockage" (rope) to cut through my buddies intestines and force me to do the hardest thing imaginable.
