Nighttime cashier tonight was extremely rude. Made the whole store wait 10 minutes to be serviced and was extremely unprofessional and rude. This location is horrible I would not recommend wasting your money here, better go down the road to andover or to coon rapids.

Dollar Tree is evolving with a bigger selection than it used to have. My 15 & 16 yr old Nieces really like the $3-$5 section they've added. Everything for a teens bedroom from fuzzy pillows & funky lights to phone chargers. Had to stocked up on Spring Rolls while at the Anoka store bc the Monticello store was out of them & staff didn't have a clue as to when they're going to restock 😞.

Zero stars for this location. Rude/bossy manager. Poorest customer service. Employees can’t do anything without asking the manager. Employees look stressed out. Neen going to this location since 2015 but won’t return.

Update 2/2023 - things are $1.25 but in the scheme of things not an unreasonable increase. Store well stocked, clean and staff very nice. Bought cards, gift bags, tissue and some hot wheels. Definitely need to shop there more often. Prior review- Covid conscious. Packed with some great things for a dollar. I got bags, tissue paper and 6 cards for $5. Can't pass that up when you're giving away gifts. Store is pretty clean, a little messy. Definitely worth a trip back

Went to three dollar stores looking for tomato soup. I had a load of errands so I really didn't go out of my way. I bought all 20 cans. I'm good for awhile now.

Every single time I come here I have a few things specifically to purchase and I end up spending at least an hour in the store and leave with 20 times more items than I went in there to get. They have a lot of really good stuff for a dollar. This particular visit today I noticed the store was exceptionally organized and well stocked. Mainly I am writing this review because the cashier working made me laugh. I didn’t catch her name but she had short dark hair and a great sense of humor. I noticed there is a sign stating they are closed at 5 PM And I do believe it’s temporary due to a lack of help. Make sure if you go to find out what their hours are by calling as they may change. Oh, I will also add that my mom stays at my house one week out of the year when we are on vacation and one Of the highlights for her is coming to this store. It’s only a couple blocks from my home. She absolutely loves shopping here. I’ve lived in the area since 2009, shop here probably once a month…never had any complaints.

I love this location. Always have a huge selection of items, and carries cricket supplies. the staff has always been friendly. maybe at times a bit stressed due to under staff with this pendemic but, for the situation at hand, they do pretty good.The only down fall is the hours the store is open. with the pendemic and low staff they have had to cut back the opening hours. they are no longer open on Sundays and close earlier. Bummer! weekends are my prime time to shop there. specifically on Sundays. But for the situation we are all dealing with its very understandable. I have never once stopped in there without leaving with more then I had come for! Keep up the great work!

I’ve been coming to this dollar tree since 2015 never had a issue love the store, but that past few times I’ve come in the the store it’s a RUDE GRUMPY manager that has ruined my experience, she caught a attitude instantly with me cause her cashier messed up my transaction and started getting smart and as if I was my fault and rolling her eyes up in her head as the cashier was trying to explain what she had done, if you don’t like you job why take it go work in a warehouse where you don’t have to be as people friendly, Every time I’ve come she’s out in the front smoking in her truck or close by the entrance, I called another Dollar Tree to see what was her name the lady knew exactly who I was talking about when I started to describe her attitude, she apologized for TAMMY’s behavior, she need to be felt with because it’s sad when other employees I’ve spoke with in brief occasions over the months said they can’t work with her and what do you know they’re no longer there. I called to see when another manager was coming in to speak with about her nasty attitude or cooperate number she started yelling in the phone saying she’s the only head manager after giving me her name an cooperate number and hung up, I’m sure I’m not the only person she’s done this too. Cooperate need to have a talk with her because she’s rude.

The cashier didn't know if I could use the tap feature with my phone there or not. Why wouldn't they explain all doable or not doable payment methods upon hiring someone?? Didn't have what I Really wanted so I just got an energy drink. Felt rushed.

I went to this dollar store with definite items that I was looking for and ended up with a few I found that I needed but had forgotten about. That's pretty typical for me. But the store is very well stocked. There were several employees working on restocking items. This is the dollar store where everything is one dollar. The only thing I noticed was the reading glasses had gone down In quality. I mean the frames were wimpy. I have gotten my reading glasses from them for years and have always been very satisfied. I mean for a dollar to have them last for years is pretty impressive. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I give this store a 10 and reccomend it to anyone whose in the area to check it out.

I was in Anoka Dollar Tree Saturday the 6th. The line was the least 7 deep. The cashier made an announcement over the PA asking for assistance at least twice. There was a another lady working in the store, but no one came for least five minutes. She seemed to have a poor attitude when she did get up there. I was shocked when I found out she was the manager I often travel down to this area because I grew up here. I travel from St Cloud because in the past I've enjoyed your selection in your store. The store has been well stocked in the past few months, with my favorite selections. Do I enjoy stopping by to grab a few things that aren't available in my area. The store also seemed more in disarray than it has in my more recent visits. This lady's attitude and lack of focus on customer service. Has me questioning whether I will return to the store again. The other gentleman that was working the till was friendly and courteous and apologetic for the wait. This Woman's dismissive attitude to the customers waiting disgusted me. I think she's a poor representation of your company.

I LOVE this Dollar Tree!!!! I have found the most unique items here...a glass calligraphy pen with ink! And they really work! If I didn’t have this place to go to this year, I hate to think of how lonely and depressed I’d be. Seriously, just a simple place to buy fun things at and get away from the house long enough to keep my sanity. I hope everyone is getting through this. Take care...we need to take care of each other.

I was shopping at the Anoka Dollar Tree store on May 10th. I was really impressed how clean,neat. and we'll stocked this store was. I'm used to the Eagan or West St Paul stores. These stores are total disgusting messes.Congrats to your to the mgr and crew.

Definitely one of my favorite $1.25 stores. This store is well stocked and very big. The customer service here is awesome. Well staffed store as well. Very clean store too.

I don’t know how it happened, but I spent 28 dollars at this store today.They have tons of stuff there.Each aisle has it’s own identity.You never know what you will find.But, you will find something to buy.Not always a need, but a want.

Ramsey location is one of the BEST. Great / helpful staff at this one- I think 4 or 5 cooler pieces- HUGE selection / variety of craft items- large selection of makeup/bathroom goodies. Definitely one of the better dollar tree stores in the area!

I love Dollar Tree and shop at several different ones. This one is amazingly well stocked. I am surprised at some to the things you can find at this particular location even more so than others. There was only one employee but she was by far the friendliest and most helpful I've come across.

I was couponing at this location for a couple of months then they put up signs saying 3 coupons per household per day. The Dollar Tree policy online did not state there was a limit. I honestly felt targeted and discriminated against. As long as I have a manufacturer's coupon and it applies to the item then they should accept the coupon. The cashiers don't understand how to process coupons and some of them act like the money is coming out of their pocket and dont want to process your transaction. For that reason, I stopped shopping at Dollar Tree all together.

This is the BEST dollar tree I have ever been to! Everything imaginable for $1! I could spend SO many dollars here! Hahaha This is my one and only dollar tree in my life now! Wow! Makes me want to tell the world!

Nice big dollar tree with freezer section / its bigger than most & has a few things that most dont / big candy asile :) funky parking lot only a couple ways to get in either by Wendy's or down by computer whatever store of shopping center / but you will be happy you stopped in big than all if been in with balloon section place to go for party supplies stop on by & check it out & guess what ever thing is a dollar or less cant beat that with some things :)
