One of the very few we'll run dollar generals. Employees are very nice and helpful. Their additions with the food are a lifesaver for groceries when you don't need a ton but don't want to run all the way to buffalo.

The best thing about this place is having it in a small town. I don't have to go 25 miles to buy something and if it doesn't work out I can return it without a problem as long as I have the receipt. The employee was great on the return no starr me downs.

Normally great customer service. Recently had a poor experience... took 20+ minutes to get through the checkout line with only 2 items. More easy to understand cash registers and training for cashiers may benefit these establishments. There were two employees working at the time and one of them showed excellent professionalism and was very apologetic for the wait. Will definitely return and hope I can get in and out quicker the next time.

We have a store in our town and shopping there is great. The employees do not bother you with can I help you find anything if I can't find it I will ask. A great experience wish they had more items to look at.

Very slow check out. They have 2 registers but only use one even when they have a line that wraps around to the middle of store. The first time I had to leave after waiting over 15 minutes to check out. This time I waited just as lobg. I will not be going to the Dollar General any more.

My experience was not favorable yesterday. I stopped in to purchase two greeting cards that were $1.00 each. While checking me out the cashier who was sitting down ( perhaps she has a medical problem). She was also talking with a co-worker about details of a baby shower, did not have eye contact, actually hardly paid any attention to me, just kept talking. "That will be $3.28." I mentioned that the sign said $1.00 for the cards. The response was "No it comes up as $2.00. We get those cards in from somewhere and there is nothing we can do about it if the sign says $1.00." Instead of leaving I stayed close to the counter a couple of minutes to see if that was how other customers were treated. It was. She just kept talking to her co-worker while checking people out. Is this the type of customer service Dollar General teaches? I am a customer, if not for me or others like me there would be no reason for her to be employed! (After getting home I looked at my receipt and she had charged me for 3 cards!!!)

Arbys has always been a favorite for me. It beats greasy McDonald's foods by a long shot.! (We have the beef) and they really do. Try their roast beef with almost2 inches of beef in the bun. Its a meal by its self. Not crazy about the curly fries. But their shakes are awesome!

A dollar general is a dollar general..... could use an extra employee on hand as I was unable to get assistance and what I needed from a stock cart because the one employee was too busy and too pregnant to move things. But clean and friendly service and good prices in general! :) This is my snack run during Wright County Swappers Meet.

Nice clean store. Items were easy to locate. The negative was the store employee smoking while sweeping the front sidewalk. Could not escape the smoke when we left.

Great selection for a small town, this was a nice addition to the shopping options in town. Seems like it's frequently under staffed because it can be hard to find someone to help you and there is often a line at the check out.

Clean. Small corridors, small carts. Most items are good deals but some aren't. Gotta know your prices. Watch your ounces in items. Some are smaller for roughly the same as full size. Just know what your shopping for.

Cashier Gail was great. One suggestion though, put a limit one sign on most wanted items. Makes it easier for the elderly and handicapped to get a chance.

Now that they got rid of a "problem" employee, their customer service is great again. Don't like that they seem to be out of at least one item on my list every time I go in.
