Amy did a fabulous job taking care of our two puppies, Poppy and Rafe. We have never boarded our dogs so this was a first for us, but it was a wonderful experience. Our fur babies were loved and cared for, we were updated daily, and they were happy, clean, and groomed when we picked them up! I highly recommend Mello-D Ranch for anyone that wants their puppies loved and cared for when you are away from home.

Amy is an angel - my dog comes back from her ranch so calm and relaxed. We've used Mello-D several times and recommend Amy to friends. Prices are reasonable and it's well worth every penny! She loves every dog she takes care of as if they were her own! Thank you Amy for being there for our entire family, as the love you show to our dog comes into our home and blesses us all.

Amy is amazing. This is my dog's second time coming to her and her facility is very nice and very clean. She treats my dogs as her own. She does an amazing job at grooming them as well with all natural products that won't hurt or irritate the dogs. I will continue to go to her. Thanks Amy!!!!!

My family brings our dog to Mello-D Ranch for boarding when we go on trips. I normally don’t leave reviews for businesses but I felt compelled to after our last few visits. Amy is very kind and takes such good care of Leta (at a very reasonable rate). She has given us invaluable advice on how to improve her behavior and our own when we interact with her. She obviously has a huge heart for animals and she seems very intuitive to their behaviors. We highly recommend Mello-D for your dog boarding needs!

Amy is absolutely amazing! We had a horrible boarding experience at another local place a couple months back so we were so nervous to ever board our Maggie again, but she made this experience so wonderful for her! We LOVE Amy at Mello-d Ranch. She takes such good care of our pups. They always had anxiety about being boarded, but now that we switched to Mello-d they are excited when we get there for drop off and aren't in a funk for days when they come home.

Amy cares a lot for the animals. Large clean indoor pens with concrete floor and a rock outside fenced in area for them to be let out in individually. She personally interacts with our Dog and we can tell he's well taken care of.

We were going for a weekend getaway to Okoboji, and couldn’t find a place to board our dog around home. We brought her to Amy since she was only about 30 minutes from Spirit Lake. We had never boarded a pet before, so I have nothing to compare to, but it was a great experience for us and our dog Charlie.
