The Bark Barn was the perfect place for our pup to go hang out for a few hours while attending a celebration of life. Maukki was so tired that she fell asleep within five minutes of picking her up. Highly recommend them

So to start my name is Brenda Johnson we are from St Cloud. In Alexandria for the weekend boarded our dog Willie (who hasn’t been boarded for years) the staff is so friendly and professional and our dog was so happy and exhausted when we picked him up. They were very busy but pick up an drop off was seem less. We would HIGHLY recommend Bark Barn!! Thank you Bark Barn

Wonderful place. Our dogs love being there and are excited when we pull up to the building. They have been able to get us in on short notice. The staff know our dogs names when we arrive and know their personalities.

i work next door and they’ve hit my dog on the head on 2 occasions that i’ve seen. my coworker who has been working here longer than me says that he sees it all the time. i wouldn’t recommend them but your choice

I love this place. I have been bringing my dog there for a little less than a year now, and it is incredible, she loves it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and it is very apparent that they deeply care about all of the dogs... even my maniac. I 100% recommend them to anybody looking for somewhere to board their dog, or send them for the day. The Bark Barn is amazing!

Don’t let the small number of reviews turn you away from boarding your dog here! I was in town just for a couple of nights and I can tell that my dog was well taken care of. The facility is clean, the employee that I met was very friendly. They sent me a “report card” half way through her stay of a picture of Deja and a dog friend she made! Also included was a detailed message about how she was doing and a list of other dog friends. :) My dog is very shy and nervous around new people and they made it clear that they were giving her space and warming up to her at her own pace. I would board here again!

The people there are so amazing to work with and cared so much for my friend's dog. My friend was hospitalized and we needed immediate placement for her dog due to my own dog not liking other dogs (so she couldn't stay with me). They were so accommodating and kind. It felt like leaving her with a friend instead of a kennel. They made special exceptions for Twyla due to our situation and were so wonderful in so many ways! 💖

Boarded two young dogs there while on vacation. Had great service getting the reservation set up the first time. Really nice facility, dogs seems well cared for, happy and not scared when I picked them up, they got to socialize with other dogs, and the staff seemed to enjoy the dogs as well. .Feel safe to leave my “babies” there - I will certainly use them again.

Our 8 month old lab is excited to see his friends every time. We know he is well supervised. It's a great way to exercise the dog regardless of the weather, in a clean environment.

You can bring your dog here with zero worries. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and take excellent care of your animals. I will be a customer for as long as I am a dog owner.
