Always a good shopping experience. Way too many shoppers relocate product into the wrong area. Despite two people picking up and returning products to the correct position, it seems to be a constant problem.I was impressed at the genuine smiles and greetings from the staff.

This was a great experience shopping here at this Target. The bathrooms were cleaner than expected, and the store was very clean and nicely laid out overall.Awesome to come here and shop while charging up outside - ended up buying things both times I visited. Great staff experience with friendly faces all around. Can't wait to be back.

They didn't have what I needed. Three items were out of stock. Couldn't find an employee. Walked almost to the front of the store and finally found a worker. I always love their clothes, Shoes and quality.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT BEWAREtarget recently had a 20 percent off promotion on diaper products, but reading the fine print excluded most diaper brands, including Pampers. Except all the signs in the store were next to Pampers products. This should be illegal.False advertising is an actionable civil claim under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act. A party who successfully sues for false advertising may be entitled to either damages or injunctive relief.

Yeah, no. Way to "upscale," but not really. Just the same stuff Walmart carries, but overpriced. The store is clean and the workers are pleasant, but that's about it. (I used to do marketing work here, too, and their back stock area just sucks.)

The self checkout employee was rude and ruined the experience at this Target. I even returned the stuff I bought because she was so rude and didn't explain anything before she took something off of the self checkout area. She just took it and was rude when explaining to my mom after she asked.

After an awful trip to the big W across the street and of course not finding what I needed and way over stimulated, I saw this beautiful store right across the street. I walked in and it was fantastic. Door greeter was great not pushy but seen, coffee brewing for the perfect smell, and then there's the silence that gets you. It's the perfect combo to shop without stress. I got some tank tops, because they're perfect last for YEARS, the soy creamer, that no other store in 75 miles has in stock, it was there, everything is well organized and crazy easy to find. I can get everything I need with significantly less stress

This target is easy to shop for what I want to buy, and the prices are very affordable. The people who work there are very kind and caring about helping you out. They are very friendly and always have a great attitude.

This store has great customer service, employees who are always ready to greet you and help you. The downfall of this store is it is too small, particularly in grocery items. Our town can absolutely use a full service super Target. It would be a great addition to our area.

Horrible. Cashier turns off light just as I was getting into line. Other employee was rude and said well she goes home now so you just have to ring it up yourself. I had a cart full. This is last time I am going to this target! Never a cashier at night when I go.

Horrible customer service! Checked out and not even ten minutes later brought item back into store as it was missing a part, was told they no longer do exchanges! I have been a diehard target fan forever but I would be hard pressed to ever purchase from them again.

I was an employee at this Target for a while and experienced so much disrespect from my coworkers to the point I would go home crying. My experience in training was slim to none as well, I and many other new employees have had to figure things out ourselves with pretty much no training which caused many of us to get in trouble with our higher ranks. You can't even ask for help from anyone in your team due to some being extremely rude and aggressive. From what I saw while I worked there, this Target does NOT like new employees at all. Never working here again and I hope anyone who plans to Goodluck.

It was my first time using the app and in-store pickup. I used a phone and the ease of selecting items was pretty good; the cart didn't clear when I went too far back in the browser. I appreciated that I could shop from home 2 nights before Easter and stop in quick to pick it up with only one person in line ahead of me. Their customer service is always efficient here. The pick up process was easy and while it took a whole 60 seconds for the team member to check the 20 small items in the bag, :) I appreciated that she did that to ensure everything I paid for was there before I left. I will definitely be using it again! Plus, you know your total before you check out! Bonus.

Busy, but I was so reassured when the young woman showed me the carts that were disinfected and the check-out young man was very knowledgeable and accurate about protective measures already in place last week. Very comforting to see and experience this concept enacted for customers at Target.

Rude employeeSearched the small purses we were buying at self checkout. Pretty sure she was profiling me for my young appearance and thought I was a college student trying to shoplift. Made me feel demeanored for no reason when I was buying enough items to total over $60. Clearly not shopliftingMy redcard wouldn't work and she proceeded to tell me this was an issue lots of customers were also having but that is was ALL MY FAULT. Repeated this many times to me which I thought was unprofessional.I told her I just called redcard that day so the problem wasn't with my card otherwise they would have told me. She continued to treat us rudely so we left without buying anything.We decided we would rather go to a different target. I have only been treated with respect and kindness from other target employees in the past and was very disappointed with the service we received. Will most definitely be avoiding going to the Alexandria target in the future.

The Alexandria Target store is clean, friendly and inviting. Plus, we utilize the CVS drug store, located inside of Target for all our prescriptions. Pharmacists and staff are excellent. Also the variety of fresh , refrigerated and frozen food items in Target makes for one stop shopping. We love checking out the toys and infants aisles for our Grandson, and Target in Alexandria has the best assortment of special occasion and greeting cards in town.

I will most likely not visit the Alexandria Target again, while we are in this pandemic. I visited today. I was glad to see the the staff were all wearing masks, however most of the customers were not! I wear a mask to protect others. I did not feel safe. I grabbed some toothpaste and left!

I stopped in this Target as I was in town for work and was terribly disappointed with the cleanliness and stock. I was there around 8 a.m. and it was obvious that the employees hadn’t tidied up their departments the night before. There were items on the floor and out of place. Also, the shelves weren’t yet stocked. I do 90% of my shopping in Target stores and this one does not live up to Target standards. I actually left empty-handed and that never happens! I hate to give Target a bad review but I was really quite shocked by this particular store.
