Jada is amazing and I will always recommend T-Mobile to any and every one. This T-Mobile store is the only one I will go to. The customer service I get when I go here is amazing. They really treat you like friends and family. Also my kids love playing with the very friendly dog.

If you are a T Mobile customer please go to this location! They are super helpful and do not go out of their way to trick you into buying things and or secretly adding things to your account without you knowing!We had gone to the one down town and instead of being honest about things they told us what we wanted to hear and got us to get things that weren’t actually what they claimed it would be.Went to this location next to King Tobacco and they took great care of us!We will only be going here from now on!10/10 recommend

I stopped in initially to get information on switching to T-Mobile. I spoke with Jack whom was amazing and helpful but I wasn’t ready to commit so I left. When I came back, I hoped I would work with Jack again and even said that to the girl that was there but she took over anyway. She kept broadcasting aloud how much credit I was eligible for which made me really uncomfortable. Worse still, She never seemed to be able to answer a direct question and definitely had me confused so much that I wanted to leave so I did. She called me shortly after and left a message totally opposing what she had just said to me while I was in the store. The whole thing was exhausting and I lost interest.A month later I thought I’d try again but was “helped” by the same girl and got nowhere. I left again.Finally.. yesterday, I went by with the intent that if she was there again, I wouldn’t even walk in the door for a final try. Alas.. It was safe! She appeared to be off that day so I leapt at the chance.Two lovely young men both named Cody.. got it handled!! I left with my service being switched and all of my questions answered in a fraction of the time I had spent with her and in one short visit!!Thank you so so much!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Word to the wise.. if you get stuck with that girl.. just run and come back when “the Cody’s” are there or when Jack is there. They know their products and they know how to get things done.Because of them, this review is five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Needed to unlink my wife's phone from mine as they were getting each other's information. Recently became a t-mobile customer and was hoping they could get phones straightened out. Jack at this store went above and beyond my expectations and got phones correctly synced and I can not thank him enough for the great job he did. T-mobile forever!!!! Thanks again Jack

Was in this T-Mobile store for 6 hours trying to switch from track phone wireless to T-Mobile and the staff was amazing to work with. Jack, Christina and Cody were a huge help and were super easy to work with even if track phone was being difficult. Would defiantly go through this store every time. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thank you Jack, Cody and Christina for helping us in this 2 day process.

I can not say enough about the high level of service I obtained yesterday and today.My phones screen stopped working, rest of phone worked fine. I stopped in yesterday am, and I had a new phone today. They somehow could read the screen and were able to set everything up for me. It was no easy feat being able to read the screen, lighting had to be just so!Jack, thank you and your team for the help! Much appreciated.(I still think they do not pay you enough)

Came in to switch out both my iPhone and Apple Watch while I was in the Alexandria area visiting my dad for the weekend. The store manager, Jack, was really personable and friendly, and made the data transfer process smooth and easy. When I didn't like the rose gold color of the Samsung wearable that was offered to me on a promotional deal, Jack was great to offer an alternative, even if that other choice wasn't on sale -- it was nice to be able to have another option, rather than none at all, and I was impressed by that. Thank you for a great in-store experience! Now it's time to see how 5G service really performs... it's nice so far!

We struggled for a month with Verizon and decided to switch. Jack was amazing- phenomenal customer service, answered all of our questions, saved us a TON of money, and worked magic to make things happen. Easily the best T-Mobile in Alex and Central MN. Highly recommended!

I needed help activating my new phone that I received in the mail. I walked in the store and was greeted by smiling faces. Jack the store manager helped my get the phone working as well as transfered all my data. He also helped me get a new phone for my son as well as a case and a discount on that. Christine help with Al the paperwork and was happy to do so. I recommend this store to anyone needed a new phone. Great deals and superb help!! Thank you all!!

DONT GET SPRINT! Yes everyone in the store is absolutely amazing with customer service. But the service that sprint offers too is absolutely terrible. On top of that when i tried to cancel my service because it was so terrible. They told me i would 1.have to pay off the rest of the phone (which would be fine by me) but 2. They told me i could not keep the phone that i paid for! For real? I payed almost 1000$ for a phone and cant even keep it? Real nice.
