So I have a unique situation, I brought my boat in last November 2023 for some work. The work was done and I picked up the boat. Keep in mind the boat was running when I dropped it off. Last weekend, on 4/13/2024 I was getting the boat ready, when I went to start it I could not get it started. No matter what. During this time period this place sold and became Rays Sports and Marine, it use to be Stubs. Being I work away from the area my dad brought the boat in and it was mentioned to him by the service tech they would check with the owner and that the charges would probably be free, the boat was brought in running and came out not running, being we paid over 1100 dollars to Stubs to get it fixed up in November. When it was fixed the service tech called me and said they had multiple hours involved, they replaced a part. The part they charged me cost on and one hour of labor. In the end I thought that was fair and I just paid it, really what more could I do. My point here being is if your bring in your boat running, it may come out not running and even with their employees talking with the owner about the charges you will have to pay more to have them get it running even though it was running in the first place.

Amazing Marine and staff there is no other place I would ever go, and the 100-mile drive is well worth it. Recently the impeller on my wake boat malfunctioned. I assumed our boating season would be I over. Called Stub’s and spoke with Andy. Andy said they have a small window of time available to service my boat. I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on Thursday. Was back on the water Saturday. When I picked up the boat Andy and the mechanic took a few minutes to explain how they serviced and repaired the issue.Great service and a great group of people to work with. My father and I just picked up our Ranger Boat from Stubs Marine last weekend! We had a Brand New Suzuki 250 installed and many other necessities and new add ons that needed to be done on our boat. Andy was our right hand man through the whole process and he really took care of us! He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Cole did an amazing job with the installation on the motor and graphs! He was very knowledgeable and efficient with everything he did! Great people to work with. I have been taking my pontoon and renting a pontoon trailer from them since last Fall . Not a long time BUT I have had multiple things for them to work on. I usually work with Lenny - Great Guy and always takes care of me. They get all my work done quickly too. I had to get a new shifter/handle for my OLD pontoon. They found me a used one and saved me $$$!! They looked into I did not ask. They try to save the customer money when it makes sense. They put a radio in for me recently. They added a cool cover for it. They do these little things that make such a BIG difference for me. I have had nothing but great customer service from Stub's Marine and every time I go there they give me fair pricing. Updating 10/8/2019. Lots of repairs this year. But they did all they could to fix things and even drove out to the lake to help

Our Family Reunion was saved by great customer service. Having missed last year’s get-together due to Covid-19, everyone was looking forward to being on the water again. On the first day of our gathering, the shifting linkage on the boat failed. I thought we had lost a major component of our week at the rental cabin. I called Andy, Customer Service Manager at Stub’s, who told me to bring the boat in the next morning and they would evaluate the problem. Clay, the lead service tech solved the problem and we were back on the water less than 24 hours after I thought our vacation was ruined. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of expertise and customer service I received from the team at Stub’s Marine. Thank you for delighting our four adult children and their families.

Bought my 2014 Premier pontoon from Stubs. They gave the best deal. They delivered great customer service then and continues to this day..Just picked up a kit to winterize my Yamaha motor, I called first to insure Stubs had the parts needed, Andy assured me parts were there. They were, I was in and out in minutes. What is surprising is my call (because of COVID) I wasn’t put on hold I got through to Andy. Recently relocated to the Alexandria area and now Stub's Marine is the only boat dealership I work with. They service my larger Alumacraft fishing boat w/ Yamaha outboards and I recently purchased a second smaller Alumacraft boat from them to fish smaller lakes in the area. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the service, professionalism and quality service and sales staff. I have had nothing but positive interaction with their entire staff (Rocky and Don in Sales and Andy and Ryan in the service area). They are quality individuals. I highly recommend this dealership.

I brought my boat to Stubs for a simple livewell pump replacement. When I picked it up, I went to turn on the main power switches for the electronics, and the trolling motor switch was broken off at the screws. This is located in the same compartment that you need to open to access the livewell pumps. I used the boat the day before I brought it in to Stubs and the first thing I did when I picked the boat up was attempt to turn the switches on. no way this could have been broken by anyone other than stubs. When I called to inquire about the problem, the service staff was very rude and accused me of the part never working and I was just trying to get a free repair. I'll never be back.

So I never ever do these, but.... I was in Miltona on vacation and when launching my boat my pontoon trailer basically deteriorated. In a panic, I called Andy at Stubs this morning, he told me to bring it in.. long story short, he quoted me a great price to fix me, and he told me would be fixed by tomorrow.... called me today, was cheaper than Quote , and was ready to pick up.. use these guys if you ever need a lifesaver.. would 100 percent do business with them again.

Customer service for parts and repair was absolutely horrible. Wouldn't give you the time of day. Had my boat there for 3 weeks for a small part that they said they were waiting on and I ended up finding the part immediately brand new for half the price they were trying to sell me.
