Long line, unprofessional cashier.....she literally told me that she will bag my stuff however she feels like doing it. All I asked was she bag all the ribbon in one bag and all the other stuff in another....she told me to not be difficult and stop telling her how to do her DAMN job.

Today's experience not so good with super long lines with only 2 checkouts and two staff cutting fabrics. Unwilling to wait so long in line.Otherwise normally love Joann Fabrics.

Showed up at 15 minutes to close. I just got off work and wanted to simply look at their fabric selection for my upcoming wedding dress alteration. The staff made CERTAIN to let me and my partners know that they were closing in 15 minutes. I browsed for about 5 minutes, found something I'll come back for, and started to leave. I noticed that they had already closed one half of the door the moment I walked in. When I left, at 6:50pm, they loudly closed the door behind us. The hours on the door say that Jo-Ann's is open until 7:00pm. So, I'm wondering why they didn't stay open until 7. And why was the staff so abrupt with potential customers? What does this say to someone who might be visiting our beautiful tourist centered city of Alexandria? Just something to think about

I needed cuts of numerous bolts of fabric. The clerk was friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to be somewhere everyone was excited about the holidays. I've been in quarantine for covid and it was my first day out. I always find lots of choices at Joann Fabric.

I love JOANN Fabrics! They have just about everything you would need for any crafting hobby... And if you watch, you can get it on sale! Also, if you sign up to get their emails you will get coupons, which often include a 40% or 50% off an item. The store is organized well, very bright and cheery, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my visits there and rarely leave empty-handed.

Sweet holiday buys right now. Got all of my wreaths for 6 dollars. I feel like I practically stole them!I would've given five stars however I didnt feel that store was a very helpful place. Nobody asked me if I was looking for anything specific and the woman who rung me up was not in an especially good mood or helpful at all. Otherwise good experience.

Great craft store with a lot of variety. Sometimes the customer service at the registers is slow. The coupons are kind of a pain because they typically can only be used on regular priced items, but they do offer them pretty much every week so you can plan accordingly for your project.

Our mall has been closed during the Corona lock down but Joann solved the issue by providing curbside delivery of online orders. When I needed mask making supplies, and even a sewing machine, I was able to get it at my local Joann store, brought to my car within a day or two of ordering. Easy access in difficult times. Friendly, too.

Our local store is pretty nice, however for almost every craft and art project I do, I don't find the supplies I need there. Some of them are common items, such as toned sketch pads.

JoAnn has a wide range of craft supplies for almost anything you could need. But if you look at their yarn aisles, they don't have the big, big yarn that other stores might have.

Love every aspect of this store except for the coupons they send out, its usually 60 to 70% off a regular priced item. Well everything is on sale so you very seldom get to use your coupon.

I entered the store as they opened,I was in a desperate search for something to use in my hair for a 3oth vow renewal.Crissy jumped in and was helpful,and funny,she found the perfect item for me,I left with a very pleasant experience! Thanks to her, I may resemble a blushing bride!LOL
