They wouldn't honor the price of a sticker on some tools. I frequent harbor freight regularly and I even pay extra for the itc subscription. That gets you better "deals" even though their prices have really gone up lately. Today I went in and looked through the clearance rack. I found some clawfeet that were a few bucks cheaper than normal, but I got up to the register and the manager told me he couldn't sell it for the price of the sticker... Why was there a discount sticker on it if you won't sell it for that price? And to pour salt in the wound I realized on the drive home that I didn't get the 20% off of one item that I was supposed to get for paying the extra itc cost. Not impressed.

Who doesn't like deals? As long as you shop smart & keep an eye on the deals. Tools can be very affordable and for a good quality. I love going here, fact is I check their website/app daily for new deals.

Bought air compressor and found out in a week would be on sale, said I would return it and come back in a week and buy it. Was told to bring receipt and would refund the difference. So far have made 2 20 mile trips and have just got the run around. Very disappointed with store, will think twice before shopping there again!!!!

Very clean & easy to find what your looking for. The manger sets the standard for his employees to be EXTREMELY helpful, courteous & go out of his/their way for the customer. My husband (who is a professional mechanic of 55 years) is EXTREMELY proud of this branch of Harbour Freight. "Worth every cent spent there. DEFINITELY A RETURNING CUSTOMER!" was/is what my husband says everytime we leave.

Always enjoyed HFs nice to see one in Alexandria, doesn't have everything I was looking for but had more than I expected in other departments. Store was extremely clean and well organized!

Went in to buy a couple items. I got to the checkout and the cashier wanted a phone number. I asked what it was for and he replied it was for warranty on a tow chain. I told him I didn’t care about the warranty on the chain. He then replied he needed my phone number for liability reasons as they have been “sued before”. Long story short I left and bought a tow chain at fleet farm without a phone number. I suggest changing some process if buying a chain is that difficult.
