The store is pretty big and staff were friendly and helpful. I was looking for ear plugs yesterday and asked an employee for help looking for it. He didn’t know where it was so he asked his coworker and they were able to help me find it. The price of the ear plugs were the same as Menards across the street.I was surprised that they were already selling Christmas decorations in October but it seems like other stores are doing that too. I also like how they seem to pay their employees a decent wage. I was told that part timers make $14/hour and full time probably makes ~$20/hour.

I have left a couple of positive reviews before but on Sunday I left very frustrated from shopping in the clothing section.So many things don’t have prices( rubber boots) and the racks are so overfilled they are hard to shop.Love this store and will definitely be back but might just skip the clothing area.

How do you not carry welpers and why are they not with your welders or welding supplies? Not even worth going to fleet anymore.Update. Fleet is the only place in town that sells welding gas. Purchased a tank with gas, get home, find out they gave me an empty tank. Do better.

Had what I wanted at good prices. We aren't from Alex area, but a Fleet Farm is a Fleet Farm. Always well stocked and price friendly.

My son and I went here and normally have good experiences, but this time was not good at all. We were using self check out because they only had one line open, and it had 4 people standing in line. I had an issue come up while checking out and the person next to me as well. A worker walked right past both of us, and another worker turned and walked away. I ended up leaving the self check out and waited for the one cashier. Don't know why the two worker could have helped out or call someone to help with the self check out or even open another lane or 2.

I absolutely love Fleet Farm. There's just one thing that is very annoying and that is the checkout process. There is no sense of urgency anymore. The last place a person wants to stand around at is a check out counter or in the line behind it. One thing I always said to employees was "If you can't talk and work at the same time then stop talking."

We had a little puppy too small to leave in the car in the winter and never put her down and they told us we had to leave I guess they have forgotten about the farm part of fleet FARM I have spent thousands of dollars in fleet farm and will never walk into one again

I bought a trailer from Fleet 4 years ago. The certificate of origin was incorrectly filled out by fleet farm. I'm unable to get a title for the trailer. Went back to fleet farm and was told they filled it out correctly and wouldn't help me. Horrible, uneducated, customer service!!

Friendly staff and a good place for hardware not much else around in the area. It all depends on what you’re looking for. Menards is just across the street and has a way better selection of lumber. So again, we often jump between the two for a home improvement depending on the supplies needed.

Walked in with my vaccinated 12 week old puppy to do some shopping. Got all the way to the back of the store and an employee comes up to me and tells me I need to take my puppy to the car.ok why have I brought all my dogs including my full grown pit bull into other fleet farms and have never been told they are not allowed.i will spend my money else where

Lots of stuff I don't need, but end up buying anyway! They only had 1 check out open the day I was there but this is the trend of retail.The beginning to the end I'm afraid. Probably more self help checkouts would be good that take cash! Maybe a lounging area for the women while they wait for their hubby's 😁

Really does have everything in one roof. Not as cool looking as some of the other fleets I've been to. Friendly staff, it seems well cared for and there are no issues with inventory like you see in other department stores. The gas mart attendants are very lovely as well!

We always like to look at their snacks. My husband's favorite treat is anise bears, so I have to get a bag when I go!Often good deals on sporting goods and we always check their clearance.
