Jason is awesome! He set up my 2000 Malibu boat for surfing - great wave! And then he gave my family and I lessons on how to surf. Extremely helpful and well worth the money. Jason was great with my kids and even got my wife up surfing. I would highly recommend it.And BTW, his shop also put Perfect Pass in my boat. Very easy to work with and very fair pricing. Purchased a used Centurion knowing with used I may have additional maintenance. Jason and Ty have been and continue to be very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Faction Marine. I can't comment enough how great these guys are. Despite the fact I would probably be unable to purchase through them due to living on the coast, Jason took hours out of his day to answer my questions and steer me in the right direction. He helped me on facebook, text messages and hours of phone calls. The guy really cares and it shows. The Faction is the place to go. They all actively participate in watersports making them extremely knowledgeable. That in itself is very valuable to me as a consumer. But what is even more impressive is their customer server. I have purchased numerous items from them and have never been disappointed. More recently, I brought my V-Drive to them for detailing and winter storage. The boat has looked the best since I have owned it (I purchased it used.) In addition, they noticed some issues with my boat that if left unattended could have been extremely expensive to repair. They not only diagnosed it, but fixed with zero hassles for me all at price that I felt was very reasonable. I am one happy customer!

Incredible experience! Flew in to learn how to wake surf, Jason met and exceeded my expectations in terms of what you can learn in 2 hours. 5 minutes into it and I was surfing without the rope. He even had me trying 360's on my first lesson! Excellent boat, equipment, and 5 star lesson experience!
