Great customer service and an assortment of dog food/dog treats. It looks like they also have doggy day care as well as a reptile room. The reptile room was interesting. Although I wasn’t interested in holding the reptiles, it looks like you have the option to hold them with the assistance of a staff member. I bought some dental treats and a beef trachea for my dog from here. I was surprised that they also sell turkey necks here for dogs.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Answered our questions regarding litter box training and caring for the wonderful stray cat we have adopted. The holistic and healthy approach to pet care is evident in this store. Looks like grooming is also available. We purchased a diffuser that releases a calming scent that only our cat can smell. Will be happy to return to Eddie’s to purchase healthy cat food and litter.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and knowledgable about the products. They have a wide variety of foods and supplies and it's always clean and pleasant, and the animals that live in there are cute too!!

If you're shopping for pet supplies in the Alexandria area Eddie's is really the only place to consider. The staff is fantastic. They're helpful, friendly & outgoing. If you truly care about your pet you'll be in love with the numerous top quality brands of food & treats, none of that cheap, low quality garbage found at department stores.

This is the most lovely little pet shop I’ve been too. The owner is so helpful, they sell all the good brands I know are good for my fur babies, there are store kitties and Eddie (the name sake) the dog usually their to greet you. Can’t say enough good stuff about this store. Looking for grain free, whole ingredient, best stuff for your pet? Look no further.

The employee was very helpful with what I was looking for. They were the only ones in alexandria that sold fake grass pad. For being a small pet store they had a lot of items to choose from. Then I showed the employee how long my puppy nails were and she offered to clip the nails and show me how it was done. Very very very helpful

This is the only pet store to go to in West Central Minnesota. The staff are animal lovers that are very knowledgeable about anything you can ask. They also have the best products on the market that will make your experience with your pet better.I've shopped here since they opened years ago, but am just now getting around to adding this review because I love this place so much.

Many options for healthy foods for your pets plus a friendly, helpful and informative staff makes this a great store! If you have any questions regarding animals, ask the folks here - and if they can't help, they point you in the right direction!As a super cool bonus, there are usually small friendly pets (usually a dog but I've seen a cat too) allowed to roam the store and help you shop. On occasion, I've seen a snake (in her enclosure, to be clear) and I got a see a bearded Dragon once as well!

So helpful by all working there. I adore EDDIE he's the official greeter. What a great dog. Just love him. Haley has a beautiful store very clean and organized. Lots to choose from. Tried to make a quick stop for a chew to keep our puppy preoccupied in the vehicle but the employee (owner?) and a customer were too busy chatting about a recent vacation and eyelashes. Didn't have time to wait. Seems like they have a good selection of products but customer service could use some improvement.

Nothing I can say will explain The amazing service I received every time I walk in. They're always super helpful, very sweet and answer any questions I have. They don't push their products like some pet stores do but they will suggest and recommend. This should be the only pet store 😍
