Staff is always courteous and friendly. The store is usually always stocked and clean. Kids love the store for decorations and crafting supplies as well as treats.

Lots of Spring and Easter decor and candy. Still lots of boxes in the aisles, but someone actively stocking! Plus I saw a worker compliment and reward some kids for being respectful and putting toys back where they picked them up from. Nice to see!

FUN!I love going there, so many things to see . Best deals on gift bags and tissue paper . Their gift cards are getting better quality.Some things are made cheaply, but it seems like the quality is improving . Chicken broth is a great deal and I stock up.Batteries are also getting on the higher end, another thing I try and stock up on.Spend some time looking around , my only complaint is the store is too small.Have fun shopping !!!!!!!!

This is a nice, big Dollar Tree. Well stocked, most of the time. I agree with most of the other reviews as far as hit or miss with employees. There is a young man with long hair that works there that was kind, helpful and smiled while helping us; that was nice! I'll be back and hope he'll be working again. Great customer service!

Love the dollar sales, many choices, great employees, only negative is the stocking of items on shelves. Takes weeks for things to be unboxed, was told they didn't have the employees to handle it all. Many many full boxes always in the isles and in back room but once stocked you can beat it....

Shelves not well-stocked since the first of the year. Is this store going to close?No mask enforcement, not a positive for elderly or other shoppers who are at-risk. No hours available for at-risk shoppers, which would solve the problem of the selfish anti-maskers who discussed their joy at not being confronted at the register. Two elderly shoppers decided to leave rather than risk infection.Out of respect, I abandoned my full cart and left, as well. Please do better.

It’s a toss up because this is the best store of Dollar Tree I have set foot in...but the staff is so hit or miss. The store itself is huge and super well stocked. It often has things I cannot find at other locations. The younger staff we have encountered have been friendly and kind, but there’s a few older ladies that seem to be bothered by customers’ existence. We were there about 30 mins before closing and shortly after walking down an aisle away from the checkouts, an older employee made an announcement over the speaker that they would be closing in 10 minutes...a full 20 mins before their actual closing time. 🙄

The kids and I love going to the Dollar Tree! Lots of cool stuff for a buck. Things you'd think a dollar store wouldn't carry, but they do!! And we've always had GREAT customer service!!

It was a very smooth and easy experience. The clerk was great. On top of going out of her way to help me with car problems and directions she had a smile on her face the whole time and was very polite.

Omg, I was just there this morning. However, my visit to the store was exceptional. My dog suffers from separation anxiety, so i cant leave him in the car. They welcomed him as tho he were human. Thank you so much guys!!!!!!!

I'd never heard of this place. I actually heard about one in coon rapids in April of this year. I got so excited and so did my 7 yr old son. Loved it. We also went to the one in Marshall,Mn. And now I find out there's one in Alexandria. I'm excited to be able to shop there.

I get all of my gift bags and party paper supplies there. And usually a few other things. Nice sized color books for the kids, for only $1.00! Love it.

Customer service is terrible here. Tracy was eating donuts while checking me out. She didn't even speak. Everytime I come here i am rarely greeted when checking out or spoken to by any employees. The only one that speaks is a blonde with tattoos.

I've worked for this store and seen people complain about people not wearing their mask on some reviews. to my understanding employees of dollar tree can not confront customers who choose not to wear a mask per corporate memos to stores.

A cashier name tag said April her car alarm going off outside. She went out to try to get it to stop. Line 2 light in some lady named Joanne wouldn't check out lady in line said she had no til but the light was on. Joanne says go to April's line. Hello the poor ladys car alarm is going off and co worker cant help her out. Not a place I want to shop again.

This place has a little bit of everything from party supplies to kitchen supplies along with food. Only down side is there is a lot of clutter in some place but overall u can get a lot of good stuff for just a dollar!

Was there today and was treated to an old lady who as the cashier treated me very poorly and she even scolded me to take my things out of the basket on the counter in front of her because she told me she wouldn't if I was wanting to purchase these items... will more than likely NOT make any soon plans to return to this department store !

Found a cashier who really must HATE her job and customers. If I go back and see her again, I'll pass on going in. She was very rude and acted like I was bothering her checking my stuff out. Very poor customer service today.

Ive been in there 3 times and put my stuff back and walked out. Only one person checking out mangers dont help almost all the Isles are blocked with carts or uboats. Very messy all the time. Will not go back
