A HUGE shout out to the excellent staff this morning when I went through early this morning! I had come back from Fargo last night and the bugs were really cemented on the front of my vehicle! They spent extra time cleaning them off. What impressed me most was the gentle touch they had with the high pressure sprayer. My front bumper has its clear coat stripped off in spots because another local car wash used their high pressure washer on it too aggressively. I heard the Diamond employee say to his co-workers this morning “be extra careful!” and I hadn’t even mentioned for them to be careful with it! ImPrEsSiVe!!!The attention I received this morning along with the professionalism of the entire crew on at 7:45am this morning will make me a customer for life! Thanks Diamond staff for being the best of the best!

The staff are prompt and courteous, and they take the extra time to hand scrub parts of the vehicle needing extra attention. I love getting the ice and snow cleaned off my vehicle, but my favorite part is getting all the splattered bugs off during the summer! The seasonal scents of the cleaning products are a nice touch!

Best wash in Alexandria MN. Has an underbody wash for most wash packages. The wheel wash is VERY effective. The employees do a good job of pre-washing the vehicle down before sending you through the automated portion of the wash. The do yourself vacuums seem to work better than others and the towel cart is placed central to the side of the building (not the long walk to the employee door).

I absolutely love being a car wash member here. My car is always clean. They have great service. If you purchase a membership and wash your car more than 2x a month every thing else is like getting free washes!

I love this car wash they do such a nice job. I never have to worry about spots/bugs being left on my car. My kids also love the car wash. I would highly recommend these guys. I couldn't resist i had to buy the unlimited car wash package as well. Thank you guys for helping me keep my car clean. Keep up the good work

I'm very impressed with the wash and how attentive the employees are to your vehicle before going thru the wash! Loved the undercarriage wash. While a bit pricey, the wash was excellent. I have a Nissan NV3500 Passenger Van which doesn't fit in most car washes, so this was a great find. Van looked great afterwards, and it was really dirty! Wish I had before and after pictures to post.The staff working the car wash were helpful and guided us through without issues.

I have seen people complain that this car wash does not repair damages if your vehicle is over 10 years old. Zips is 7. I've never had a problem with this company and they always go above and beyond

Best wash around! The service is great and the quality of the was is excellent. Cleanest my car has been after running through a wash. Only downside is that the dryer gets the first half of the car but doesn't dry the back half well.

For a long time there was only one place to get a real car wash experience in town, now there's three. Of those, I prefer Diamond Waves. I like the local ties and the overall experience is a solid one.

Our stop at Diamond Waves and Wags was 100% unplanned when we got up today. Bea the Beagle had other ideas. Free roaming through the woods at the cabin she found something that was dead. The DIY attempt with human shampoo and then Dawn dish soap was futile. Cue frantic googling.My spouse found this location and we made our way 44 minutes to the promised land. I was SUPER EXCITED to see a legitimate wash station with a tether point like I'd seen in movies and YouTube. The touch screen system was extremely easy to use. The spray nozzle had multiple settings and a lock on option. The blow dry had slow and fast. Water temperature was great, the slow mode on dry worked well. We had brought our own towels but there was a stack of clean with a basket for used.I will 100% use this location should we need it again.

Great customer service...love having a person spray down/clean my car as I drive in, it helps with those hard to get locations that automatic car washes sometimes miss. Definitely will go back
