After only one year, our brand new floorboards are lifting. Mike, our sales person, was very good to us right from the start. However a month ago I had called him he came out right away to take a look at it he said we’re gonna have to get a hold of the manufacturer to come and see what they would say. Well it’s been five weeks or so and no one has come.After a few months of going through a few inspections…Mike and Sherry were very helpful to get this resolved for us. So the first weekend of December two installers from Carpet one came and took the old floor out and put down the new floor. It looks beautiful!We are hopeful this will resolve this issue. Thank you Carpet One for all your help to get this done.

Ask for Mike, he is the best out of an excellent staff. Great product lines, especially the Karastan carpet, it wears like iron and looks great for many, many years. The laminate flooring products are of great value as well at Carpet One!
