This business has recently declined to the point that I will not use the company anymore. I have ordered dissectibles from BioCorp for years, but recently shipping and customer service is terrible. Not only do they HIDE backorder items, they also do not communicate what is BACKORDERED until you call after the boxes arrive with missing items. They advertise items they know they do not have and let you order them without telling you they won't be shipped. When I called customer service to find out why my box didn't include all that I ordered, I was told certain items were backordered. I asked to change the items to something in stock and have expedited shipping since I needed them and expected them. They refused, so I will not be using them again ever. I suggest they list items that are backordered on the website to not misled customers. Apparently money means more than honestly to Bio Corp.

If I could write this review with zero stars I would. We have used this company regularly for many years, yet we are saddened by the performance and lack of resources this company provides. We have continuously been denied starfish when purchased and do not receive credit for the missing Animalia. I would like to at least receive credit rather than no money and no products that I will most likely never receive. Since we do not receive credit for the scarcity of the starfish within your company, we have been told numerous times that the starfish will be sent when they are in stock. This, however, has not happened within the last few years. If starfish are too deficient to have, there is no point in putting them on sale for people to purchase. We hoped to dissect the starfish this year, but we were let down when they had not been shipped. Moreover, we will continue to use this company, but there needs to be a change regarding the purchasing of materials when there aren't any at your warehouse. If resources are not available, they should not be on sale. Once again, we are disappointed in this establishment's performance, and we hope to see a change in the near future.

I 50/50 received ripped or incomplete specimens or specimens that aren’t useable) and the production time to get your order is incredibly slow. :( website says orders will be shipped in 10-17 business days but I usually don’t get it 7 weeks or more.It seems like others also get broken and unusable condition specimens in their orders as well.They’ve also been sending me super threatening emails because I won a charge back under consumer law for late deliveries and not as described orders. Very unprofessional. They called it “stealing” and not even wanting to admit that their products were of unusable quality and late. They don’t care about delivering to the customer of what is as described. If I have a reason to charge back for poor quality items it’s not stealing, it’s fighting for my money back on a order that wasn’t as described.Becky at this customer support system is very unprofessional. I’d use Carolina company instead.

They have great customer service, and any mistakes were corrected immediately with no charge. They also have some of the most fair pricing around!

Ordered a large amount of frogs. Called and asked if they could send the shipment earlier without an extra charge and they did. Great product. The dissection went well, and my students were excited. The bulk dissection tool kit was a life saver. Very happy and will continue to use this company for future dissection needs.

I was so impressed by the customer service I received from Bio Corporation. I reached out during quarantine for products not knowing what to expect. They immediately contacted me ready to help. My products were shipped out within 24 hours and I had everything in plenty of time. I am so pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.

Product was delivered on time and packaged very well. My students thoroughly enjoyed our Vision lab with the beef eyes that were delivered. Unfortunately, the young ladies I placed my order with were not very friendly at all. Slightly rude and very short with me when I asked questions.

I am always trying to give my students the best experience and range of opportunities. We do multiple dissections in our class; hoping to have at least one dissection per each major animal taxon. I have used may providers in the past. Some are good and some are better. Bio Corp was very prompt with customer feedback and questions and their pricing was extremely competitive (so important with school the lack of school funds). The order did take longer than expected to process (almost 2 weeks) but the shipping was prompt. I will use them again and put them in the top 2 places I buy most of my supplies from.

I really liked the pigs that I ordered. I especially like that there was a special going on for the larger sized pigs. I would have ordered the smaller size had there not been a discount. The students had a great time dissecting the pigs. The two parts that I would have loved to explore were the brains and eyeballs. We spent about two weeks dissecting and looking at all the many parts and because we used larger pigs we even were able to see the 4 chambers of the heart and some of the vessels. Thank you for providing this service! After school was dismissed for the remainder of the academic year--thanks COVID-19--my daughter missed so much about school. One thing she missed was dissection in her biology class. So, first thing I did was Google for possible specimens. The prices were very reasonable and the packet was a big help dissecting, identifying organs, learning about the specimen, and testing her knowledge. Delivery was also rather quick, which is always a plus!!

Do not buy any of the skulls if you are using them for anything science or teaching...broken, missing parts, glued parts together that shouldn't be, no jaws for some skulls and other skulls just any old jaw- not the one that came from the same animal. They are some of the poorest quality that I have seen in my dozen years of being in the field. Also, the girl that answers the phones is rude...I could go on forever but you get the pointThe skeletons mounts were pretty good though

Wored there for thirteen years then got offered a raise to come back last year just to get shafted because I have seizures they stalled me along till this month then they told me three months later while still struggling with unemployment that they have no positions open for me and that they replaced me terrible work environment and terrible raises treat employees like straight trash and left me high and dry with twins and their mom to support after all the work I’ve put in for them now they say if I didn’t get paid yet reapply and work comp told me they shouldn’t of told me that
