Pet Nation has done a terrific job taking care of our GSP. They are kind, knowledgeable and passionate about animals. The vets call us personally to check up on our dog and make sure she was doing better anytime we came in with a problem. We had to put our 12 yr old GSP down and the compassion they gave us was unmatched. We will recommend them to anyone.

This vet is so caring. Our specific vet, Dr. Seramur is really quite incredible. She takes so much time with each of my animals. I have a very fear driven puppy and her approach is brilliant. She educates me on everything that is offered, needed or next steps. She answers my questions kindly. The check in staff are always outstanding, even when calling for appointment reminders. The technicians are patient and kind. The price is reasonable for this kind of care. I’m very happy we found this vet when we moved. We have 5 (!) animals.

Super nice people at this clinic. I brought my cat Calvin in for a check up for the first time and the staff was so welcoming and were very detailed. My cat was visibly scared and they did such a good job trying to calm him down and make him feel comfortable. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs and truly care about the animals. Would highly recommend!

Took my baby to get spaded on Thursday. This is the best veterinarian clinic I've ever been too. Penny is almost back to her self today she what's to run and jump however she's not supposed to do that yet. The hard part about this is she doesn't understand. I love,love all the personal at Pet Nation you can't go wrong going to this clinic!!! 🐶

We have had two dogs in the past who were patients at Pet Nation and we liked them. Its been a year and half since we lost our beloved lab. I can't believe how they have changed. We got a new puppy and have done research on more conservative vaccine and preventative care protocols. We carefully did our research with breeders and all of them recommended this approach. Our first appointment was disappointing. I felt disrespected and stupid and they did not listen. They were cold and uncaring. I have always used topical tick/flea medicines and they didn't even ask me what I wanted to do. Just gave me an oral tick/flea and oral heartworm. Sorry, but I need a respectful professional vet who will partner with us for the best care for our new pup. You can keep the credit I have on my bill. Don't want it.

I brought our beloved Newfoundland here for immediate care cuz our regular vet was backed up till may. I was a lil worried that it'd cost me an arm n leg as some reviews said they were pricey. But due to the urgency I was prepared to pay whatever costs to get answers to why my babygirl wasn't her normal happy gentle giant. Dr. Seramur and her staff were amazing to both Tala n I. She walked me through the options we had and answered all my questions. The visit wasn't rushed like I've experienced elsewhere. Overall I was very pleased with the services, and staff. Definitely will be back and thank you for making my sweet Tala back to herself!

We had to bring our puppy in for a check up and shots. The first appointment I was slightly irritated when I left due to what my bill ended up being but I brushed it off and scheduled his booster shot. I go in last Friday for his booster shot, which takes no longer then 2 minutes to have it done and they tell me my total and I lost it!! They charge you a office call fee of $21.00 for the not even 2 minutes the vet tech has your dog to give them the injections and also the injection fee.Now, I am all for the best care of my dog and do not mind spending money if I am aware of what I will be spending. Before I decided to take my little fur ball here, I called and got pricing of everything and found them to be very reasonable. I was specifically told that the times we would bring him in for boosters we would only have the injection fee, that obviously was not accurate and when I brought this to the front desk of what I was told all I was told was sorry and that there was nothing on my file that stated this. I do not like when I feel as though there are "hidden" fees and costs are just dropped on me. Due to this, I cancelled the other appointments we had set up and found a different vet office. I will also not be referring anyone here. The only positive review I have is the office staff are nice.

Almost 300 for an ear infection!They also tell me to come back in two weeks and make sure that it worked- which they had me back on another pet to recheck and no charge - but then charged me 70 bucks to ratchet up the already expensive charge. They called me, not the other way around.This wasn't an appointment I thought we needed- but THEY called and said they wanted it. If they were going to charge a whole new appointment, the customers should call to schedule those- not them insisting. This should be included in the first bill then. NOT surprising people later with a trick appointment fee. Especially when not too long ago I had to come back for a follow up and that was free.(The manager later claimed that's because my cat was a surgical follow-up vs whatever follow-up looking at my dogs ears and saying they look fine is. I knew that already!)I also found a stray that I was trying to help and it was nearly a grand.I apparently bought someone's vacation this year.WAY overpriced.Nice enough vet, but they should've told me there would be another charge when they hadn't before.I signed the receipt and left and could hear the receptionist laughing that I was switching vets. Really professional. When I called to talk to the manager she laughed again. How is it funny to surprise people with charges?Way to put a nail in the coffin lady.

My dog is my first pet ever, the apple of my eye! EVERYONE at Pet Nation treats him like the most important 4-legged they see. He gets the best care and I get updates and follow up calls to ensure he is okay. I wish human doctors did half this care!

These people are absolute crooks. Don't take your pet there unless you like getting up charged for every little thing. They don't tell you what their services cost until you're at the door ready to leave which is completely intentional. Then get ready for them to ask that you come in for follow up next week which will be a $70 office visit fee at minimum. I spoke with Mrs. Nation when we chose to return to our original provider. Her response when I said we were leaving - "well we're not the cheapest option out there."I"ve heard if you want records transferred from their office elsewhere, they charge $10 per page now. Absolutely horrible service, very expensive, and predatory tactics towards pet owners. Steer clear, way too many better options out there. I'd go zero stars if it were an option.

I adopted a cat who was a rescue cat from Tennessee. I named her Lilly and she is about 1 1/2 years. We discovered she had some health and behavior issues. She became ill 2 days after coming home. My regular vet said they couldn't see her for 4 days, due to scheduling and said I could bring her in as an emergency. That would have cost a fortune! I didn't want her to have to wait, so I found and called Pet Nation. They fit her in so she would not have to wait another day in pain. Dr. Sue Nation was gentle and thorough during Lilly's exam. Answering all my questions. Pet Nation has been there for Lilly and me! Dr. Nation got her health back on track and has been helping us with her behavior problems. Dr. Sue has personally been in contact with me almost everyday, to make sure Lilly is well and that everything is working out okay. She is so dedicated to her patients! I'm so glad we found her! Her prices fair and her care top notch. Give her a try! You won't regret it.

This place is seriously amazing. I had an semi- emergency with my boy Griffin (long hair mini doxie) with his leg. He was seen within a couple days of the incident and she did seriously THE MOST thorough exam and explained everything to me that she found. She listened to my concerns and took his other conditions into account for treatment.

Took my cat here because she has Somatitis and needed many teeth pulled. Estimate I was given was $2500 - $4500 based on how many teeth needed to be pulled. Took her to Animal Heritage hospital in Maple Grove for a second opinion and the estimate was $900 - &1400. Such a cost difference!! Surgery went great at Animal Heritage and everyone was awesome.

I've taken my cat and dog here within the last few months and the staff is incredible! Went there today and Dr. Adams was so informative, asked lots of questions to get to the bottom of the problem, took the time to really listen and completely answer the questions that were asked and really seemed like she cared about her job. Couldn't recommend this place more- she really took the time to make me and my kitty feel loved. Thank you!!

I was referred by a great friend and I'm glad I came! It's a drive for me from Minnetonka, but it's worth it and I won't use another vet unless I move across the country! The whole staff is friendly and knowledgable and Dr. Lewis made my collie's and my time there as stress free as possible. The vet and tech were great! We are new to the area and my cat was very ill. It was his time to go to heaven. The vet did not want him to suffer any more. They stayed late and because we had a malfunctioning GPS they helped us by staying on the phone and gave us step by step directions.

My dog was limping and we took him to the U of M urgent care (everything nearby was closed since it was Sunday) and they suggested it was just a shoulder injury. Things got worse and I am so thankful that we have been taking him to Pet Nation. They got him in immediately but originally were unable to find a cause to his illness. After taking extra tests and a few extra visits Dr. Marie Nation was able to pin point a rare illness. Once we found out what was wrong, we were able to start treatment. Marie is always checking in on us to see how he is doing. All of the staff remember my dog every time we are in and are genuine and truly love the animals. Sure, it is a little pricey, but you are paying for an amazing service. I would strongly recommend going to Pet Nation.

Very pricey vet clinic. Cost me almost $400 for one dog for anual visit/ vaccines. Then there were all these other fees they tacked on. Not the most knowledgeable with certain breeds either. Nice staff.
