I called store and was told I could store exchange a backpack I bought and used once but the straps were so slippery it would not stay on my shoulders. I had my receipt for the purchase but not the tag for the back pack. The gal said that would be fine since it’s a default. I went to store last Thursday and found out I could not get store credit but needed a store exchange at the same time. I could not find anything but was told I should just come back since they receive new merchandise daily. Super sweet worker. Well last night I went back and was told absolutely not-would not give even exchange since the tag was not on the backpack. Wish I was told this on my initial call since this all involved a lot of drive time. The store manager needs to work on customer service and have a better personality. If I was told this could be done then it should have been granted. She could have said let me check with her associates and if that was the case-yes they would do this as a one time fault on her associate and not blame me. I would not have wasted my time and expense 2 times if this would have been relayed the first time calling store. Lulu lemon at fault but manager claims customer-hmmmmm

Called the store because I lost my earrings in the fitting room - 100% sure it was there because I have photos with them in the fitting room and then no earrings outside. My fault, yes! But they didn’t try to help the situation at all, it felt like I was an annoyance rather than a customer that had just spent $250 dollars in their store. They told me to call back to see if they have found them. I had to ask them if they could give me a ring if they did… customer service 101

Came here for the first time very nice store they had a large selection of women’s in a decent selection of men’s prices were a very big discount compared to normal. I found a few items I really liked all the staff were super friendly and helpful would definitely recommend stopping here.

I have been here a couple of times, and the last experience I had was terrible. My husband and I went there on a Sunday, and we were greeted by someone at the door as we walked in, and she asked if we needed help. The other employees that were working on the floor didn’t talk to ANY of the customers while we were there. I overheard one of them talking about how they are looking for a different job. They only talked to themselves and avoided the customers like they were the plague. We were there for about an hour, and I just watched as they would pretend to work and then go back to chatting with one another. The lady who helped my husband in the dressing room was helpful, but overall terrible customer service!! I tried calling the next day to talk to the manager to talk to her about what happened, and someone took my number. She did that she would hand it to the manager since she was on break…I didn’t hear back. If you know what you are looking for when you go in, they have some great deals. It has been pretty busy most of the times I’ve been there.

If you’re searching for Lulu on a budget- this place is great! Staff is knowledgeable in helping you find the right sizing and product you’re looking for. If you’re looking for neutral colors like black/white/grey, it’s very difficult to grab as their stock depletes quickly. Nonetheless, a perfect alternative vs. an hour long drive to Mall of America. :)

Lululemon at this location is so discrimination of Asian. I shopped here with my friends alot but people working here are not very friendly to asian us lately . We have military discount and they wont willing to do the price adjustment. They make us to called the number they give us. They dont want to deal with us. Every time am here, I never spend less than $500 each time. This is will be my last time shop here.

The employees at this location are so friendly. Also, the sale prices are a crazy good deal. Due to this, it doesn’t surprise me that this location is busy. If you don’t want to wait, head in during a weekday. Otherwise, even the if you have to wait during the weekend - it will be worth it!

They don’t let you check in over the phone so after driving 45 minutes to get there I got put on a wait list. That’s fine, until I got kicked off the waitlist and they quit letting people in half an hour before they closed. I’ve been shopping here for years and have always had a great experience until this. Extremely disappointing way to treat customers who just want to shop and spend money. I’m all for protecting employees and customers but get with the 21st century and quit wasting peoples time. Online check ins have been available other places for a decade.

Employee's are AMAZING! They don't rush you and don't care if you come in 10min to close. They are happy to do closing procedures while you shop. Ended up with a whole bag of great deals! Deals change everyday.

One of the very few places where you can get excellent customer service these days. They referred to me by first name the entire time and made sure everything was ready for my in the fitting room. The girls told me about all of the specials they had going on as well. The men’s section here is really great if you wear a size XS, S, or XL. Otherwise, I wouldn’t bother coming; there isn’t much M or L selection. Prices are amazing compared to the traditional retail stores. Although the space feels a little cramped and cluttered with clothing, it’s worth the prices that they offer. Will definitely be coming back!

Quality clothes but not a very big store. Generally clothes seemed for people taller, 5'10+ and thin with some exception. They have unique designers nonetheless.At the end of the day, when push comes to shove and all that is said is done, it is what it is.

Called here to order a rain coat for my wife that was out of stock at all stores and online. I guess the stores send everything here since its an outlet. They had it and the phone rep (Kira) was very helpful and had it shipped right to me. There was a personalized letter from Jenny thanking me for my purchase. Awesome!

Store was inexplicably closed early on a Saturday at 5:00PM. Posted hours all over the internet said 7:00PM. Even the lululemon website says 7:00PM... no reasons for any of this given on the crudely-taped signs outside.Several patrons were still inside shopping and touching everything at 5:15PM. I tried the doors but they were locked. No one came to the door to interact with me - I could have explained that I knew exactly what I wanted and would have been in fast and out faster than any of the other patrons already inside.2 stars simply because lulu exists at all in this city and because lulu makes workout clothing like no other brand. I may come back in the future and change my tune. We shall see.

It is absolutely ridiculous to have to go on a waitlist in order to be able to shop. On top of that, you have to go to the store to even get on the waitlist. That is a huge inconvenience especially for us who live an hour away!

It seemed like a nice store and the staff outside were nice. there was a line outside witch is okay, there were only 2 people. But I was asked wether we were in line online, I said no and then was told there was a _possibility_ of us being able to shop after waiting 4.5 hours. 4.5 hours for Lululemon? No thanks I’d rather buy online

When I found out there was a Lululemon outlet here in MN I couldn’t wait to go out and check it out! This store by far has the best customer service I have ever received at a Lululemon. I do a lot of shopping at Lulu but honestly, most of the time the employees are snobby and hardly helpful. Not the case here! The employees were so cheerful and friendly! There was one woman in particular walking around making sure everyone knew what the sales were and asking if they had any questions. Wish I had caught her name because she was exceptional. I only gave 4 stars because the selection is just not that good. Also, I went home that night and hopped on the website and realized that everything that was in the outlet was online in the “We Made Too Much” section. I went the day before the 4th of July so they had a sale going on, I was able to snag my husband 2 of the 5 year tees for $19 each (steal!!) but if it hadn’t been for the sale they had going on for the fourth it would have been the same price as online. Considering that lulu has free shipping I will save myself the trip in the future and just order online. If you are in the area, definitely worth checking out to see if you can catch a sale but not worth going out of your way for.

I don’t get he whole obsession with this brand and the items they sell. They are not that special. This store did nothing to impress upon me the novelty of the line. There was no amazing items and the prices seem pretty exaggerated for what is being offered.
