I contacted corporate because Samal ( the manager and VERY unprofessional refused my return even though I purchased them the same day. I am 8 months pregnant I didn’t realize they would feel as tight as they did. As you see they are perfectly new. The fact that she was not only rude to me and my husband and refused to even look at them is beyond me. I would not recommend buying from this location and I do think they need better management as this is NOT how you treat customers. Mind you I had my receipt AND tags. If you have issues at this location contact corporate and report Samal as this is totally not okay and unfair. If you keep scrolling there are other complaints about her. Please get better management!!The reviews that are saying “ clearly I should of read the receipt “ is that really the first thing when you purchase something your excited about? No it’s not. And I can understand if I actually WORE THEM but I DIDNT. So that does not apply to me.

My 4 year old daughter and I walked into this store last night. We were helped by every employee on shift without us asking for help. They put crocs on my daughter and made sure they fit perfect. They even showed my daughter the cool buttons to add to her shoes. They did this all without me asking. We left with her comfy new crocs, and her favorite buttons. Thank you for the awesome service.

So excited to wear my new Crocs! The ladies tonight helped me pick out the perfect pair. Found me the perfect pair of Echos in the blue color I have been wanting. I left with more than I came for because they made it a personal experience. I even got jibblits for the shoes. This is such a great store and I will be back!! I think everyone should shop at this store!! Way better than the Twin Cities Premium Outlet and Mall of America.

The team at this Crocs location is AWESOME! I understand that everyone's opinion is different, but I have never had a bad experience in the store. Of course I have my favorite sales person that I love to work with, but no matter who helps me, I always get top notch service. If people would have seen the store before and how it was ran, they would understand why people working now take the job so seriously. Customers are the most important thing at this store, and the team makes sure that you know it as soon as you walk though the door. If you are looking for a store where they are professional, workers are not sitting on their cell phones and they are genuinely happy to help you, SHOP HERE!

The crocs official website states that I may return my crocs to ANY location, i specifically asked their chat service if it mattered what style they were and I was told it didn't matter what style that any crocs could be returned to any crocs location, so how come when i came 40 minutes to this location i was denied a return because "ehhhmm we don't sell that style in store so we can't return them"

I'd pay attention to the latest bad reviews. Manager is extremely unprofessional and takes the job way too seriously. "Product has to be unworn" to return on the bottom of the receipt. Where is the proof ours were worn except the manager supposedly seeing it. They weren't dirty they were perfectly clean with the tags still on and everything. So you're ignoring physical proof over what was "seen." Not a very customer oriented store

Horrible return policy!! Don't even think about returning anything if you don't have the little useless paper tag that was attached to the shoes at the time of the sale. We purchased a pair one week ago, sat in the house unused until we could exchange them. Made the trip back to the store only to have the gentleman behind the counter tell me "I can't do anything for you without the paper tag". I'm like... but here's the receipt to which he said... sorry no paper tag can't help you. I was livid!!! I just spent $40 on rubber shoes and you won't exchange them for a different size without at 25 cent paper tag??? Ridiculous!! We were going to buy 4 pairs of shoes that day... no return equaled no sale that day or any other. We're done with that store.

Terrible customer service by the manager. They would mot let us exchange shoes for another size of the same exact shoe. They made is return them and pay full price rather than our black friday price, which cost about $20 more. They also wouldnt price match their online site which was $20 cheaper. They then proceeded to hang up the shoes we returned to resell. Ridiculous that they wouldnt let us switch sizes on unused prodcut like every other store in the world allows you to do. Manager was rude and unhelpful overall.

Every time I have been in the store and needed to make returns, the manager Sam was always horrible. She makes snarky remarks. She’s horrible to everyone. It’s surprising that she’s still working there. I feel bad for the employees there just because how she treated me. Other times I’ve been in there I have seen Sam treat her employees badly. She is a horrible role model and a manager. The employees always seem to have to go hunt her down.

Initially my review was going to be 1 star. I have shopped at this location many times and have always had a good experience. Sunday I had a terrible encounter with a gentleman who I presume is a manager or supervisor, Joshua. He showed very little interest is assisting me with finding what I needed and at the counter he was short with me and refused to honor the price when the shoe was mis priced. My review is now 3 stars because when I called Monday to complain to a manager, the women I spoke with was very kind, and apologetic and wanted to make it right. When I return to the store this afternoon the manager, Samantha, apologized again, offered the mis price as well as a discount for the hassle of returning to the store. Please treat your customers better the first time.

Earlier last week I stopped at the Albertville Crocs to exchange some shoes that I had purchased at the MOA location. Since it was a Tuesday the store was rather slow. At the time it was myself and another couple in the store. I saw only two employees working and they both stood behind the register the entire time talking, not paying an attention to us customers, even when the couple needed help. While checking out the girl was rather rude and kept having a conversation with her male co worker who I noticed had a shift lead name badge, but his name was covered. I believe the girl’s name is Brandie as that was the name on my receipt.

We had trouble with one of my daughter's shoes. It was supposed to light up, but malfunctioned and stopped working after only having them for 2 months. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very helpful. We came back to the store and she helped us get a replacement. I really appreciate her friendliness and her willingness to help us. She definitely put a smile on both mine and my little daughter's face. I often buy shoes/sandals here and we will definitely continue!

They don’t honor the online prices. A pair online is $35 but they didn’t have my size. The same shoe in my size in the store was $50 in the store and they said they wouldn’t change the price based on the website. Moral of the story, by shoes online and avoid this store.

CS wasn't horrible, but they (the young ones) were talking a lot to each other about stuff that shouldn't be in front of customers. I was greeted when I came in. Left with some shoes but found out at home (200 miles away) that they were 2 different sizes. I should have checked when I was in the store, but so should have the CS associate. I'll be sending them down with some people to get an exchange for the right size of both shoes. I'm a little disappointed in the service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The old woman with the gray hair is by far THE RUDEST person I have ever in countered in my life!!!!!! Hire new staff!!!! If you have to go here ask for Kim, she is wonderful and it’s a shame she has to work with such disrespectful people!!!!!!!

Very disappointed that they do not carry bigger sizes. We called and they have absolutely none in over a size 13 in mens! They also said we could come in and measure our foot but they couldn’t order them online that we had to do it ourselves. We have never had this problem before so it’s super frustrating.

I was in today with my daughter from the time we walked in I felt like the lady working there kept watching me. She helped me find the shoes I needed and then finally went away. They have a huge sign that says second pair half off and when I asked about it she was short and sort of rude saying no its 25% I've been to this location a couple times for the size convenience but I will be online shopping from now on. Very poor customer service.

I went there to exchange a few pairs of crocs that were a little too big for me today. So I brought my bag in with me and asked the lady to see if they had the same style in their store. There were two associates at the check out desk, near the middle of the store. She said no. So, I told her i'll probably look around to see if there was something else I wanted. I went to the back where there was a wall of clearance crocs. My boyfriend followed me bc he wasnt interested in looking around. But he was playing games on his phone. A lady followed my boyfriend and I around the store. She was literally watching me shop. Then she went away. All of a sudden, she reappeared with another associates to "discuss" what was on the clearance aisle.
