My girlfriend and I stopped in 10 minutes before close tonight. The staff was very rude and kept bothering us multiple times in the first 5 minutes about them closing. We left and doubt we’ll be back at any Coach. Don’t waste your money here since they don’t value customers - Michael Kors has similar products with much nicer staff a few stores down.

Wow! $112.00 on Perfume was told that last and it doesn’t. Tried returning next day and told no returns on perfume. Garbage should be at least a next day or time window policy. Never will purchase fragrance from them again.

I can here a number of months ago and they have superb customer service. Samantha was absolutely amazing. a so charismatic and genuine. I’ll definitely be visiting again just to stop by and say hi to her. Two thumbs up and bravo, Samantha!

I have been to this outlet a few times. This last time, was not helped much. I was looking for a cute pair of sandals. Instead of helping me, the sales woman laughed at me as I realized I bought a pair of men's flip flops. I will not be coming back. Perhaps I need to move on to Kate spade. Or MK

Clean, had 70% sale plus additional 25% if using the coupon they passed out. Good customer services. They lost 1 star because not every customer gets a coupon. I came with my sisters and my child. 3 of them got a coupon and the lady didn't hand me a coupon. I used to work in CS and every customer gets to know the deal and get coupons if age appropriate. I obviously am over 18.

Me and my daughter was constantly watched and followed around the store like we were criminals. So uncomfortable for me and her! But, we spent over $600 in that store. You shouldn't racial profile people! Not cool at all!

First time at the Coach store in Albertville and it was just an ok experience. There were a few staff who were nice and helpful, then there were a handful who hardly wanted to help and just rudely gawked. The store itself was very clean and organized. The merchandise itself are affordable in terms of designer handbags. Bought a few wristlet bags for $20 each, such a steal!

Talk about a bait and switch. I think the 5Star reviews are placed by Coach employees. Coach will soon be a brand of the past.I received a wallet for Christmas a few years back, It came with a lifetime warranty and my gift giver informed me that this was a selling point, As well as a card Coach place inside the wallet stating LIFETIME WARRANTY.I went to coach to exchange it due to metal coming out the side and was informed the "lifetime warranty" is no good. The products are not what they used to be is why the warranty is so short now. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Not worth the prices like they used to be. Buyer Beware

I love going to the Coach outlet store in Albertville, MN. I like it so much better than the Eagan, MN outlet store. The people at the Albertville store are so helpful and willing to help. But I go there so much that some of the sales people have gotten to know me! Oh oh, that's my addiction. I try to go when the seasons are changing for sure to get a new bag for every season. I would rather buy a Coach bag than any other designer bag out there. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a designer bag, or anything Coach makes. Love it!!
