Fabulous experience last weekend with Della piercing my daughters ears. She had the entire store to herself and did such an amazing job all around. She made my nervous daughter so at ease. So happy with our experience!

I went in yesterday with my 12 year old for a second piercing. The person who was running the store would not let us see the prices- which was disappointing because my daughter saved up all her cash to get her ear pierced. She said they had cameras in the store and she was not allowed to let me see the prices of the earring kits- she told me she “memorized” them. We could only ask her for the prices. The prices she told us were a lot higher then the prices at the elk river. I can’t help but think she was trying to pocket extra money? It seemed really unethical.So we left and went to the Claire’s in Elk River the lady gave us honest prices. We ended up getting a bunch of merch too for 20% off.

I got my ears pierced they were so nice and it took around 15 minutes to pierce my ears.

We went in yesterday for my almost 4 year olds ears to be pierced, unfortunately she was unable to do the other side after the first. We came back to try again after my daughter insisted she was ready to get the other one.. we got there she was still nervous but not crying like the other day when we had to leave. The girl Della who pierced her other ear was soooo sweet and helpful, she showed her what the cleaner felt like on her hand and the marker on her hand before asking her if she was okay if she touched her ear. Then the off duty manager Taylor walked in and cam up to support our daughter. My daughter asked if she could sit on taylors lap and she let her and all of them worked together and got it done ❤️ this was the best experience. I almost cried! We have never met them before and they went way out of their way to help us get it done. I appreciate them so much! They both deserve big raises as well as promotions. They were the best !!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Claire’s today. My daughter and I stopped by because she needed a new earring for her helix piercing. We were helped by a lovely lady named Amy. She gracefully helped us with putting in her new earring (a difficult task since my daughter's earlobe was closing up). We were there for quite some time, never lost her smile. She helped us choose the right earring, the right fit, and she never lost her patience. She went out of her way to help my daughter feel calm and comfortable.It turns out that the lovely lady helping us was the manager! Thank you, Amy, for all your help:)

Sunday, august 7th at 5:52 I was approaching the door when the girl working there held it closed and locked it in my face without acknowledging me and my daughters, one customer realized that it was still not closing time and opened the door for me and the girl working there said she locked her door and why did I come in? I told her that it was still 8 minutes til closing and we drove 1 hour to get here? She told me she didn’t care because she had things to do and places to go and needed to close . Please check your employees at this location because I will be calling corporate!

Here I am, at 10:20am, ready to spend some $$$ at Claire’s, and they’re closed. According to one of the other stores they “open whenever they want”… super disappointing. I understand staffing is difficult but maybe have some set business hours so people know if you’re open or closed and don’t waste their time? Just a suggestion… In the meantime, I’ll take my business elsewhere. According to Google they updated their business hours five days ago and open at 10 AM. Definitely not the case.

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff! I have a special needs daughter and the girl took so much time to work with her and make sure she was comfortable and understood what was happening during her piercing. Highly recommend this place!

We stopped in Saturday for an ear piercing and it went very well! The employee running the store was juggling the whole store on her own and was still rocking it.

Fantastic staff and service. I went in for a cartilage piercing and the ladies were very helpful and skilled. They were not pushy and made sure I was informed of all the deals they had going on in store

Terrible! The three ladies were all nice at first but after me my mom and my little sister checkout the lady stopped us and asked where a nail polish that my sister LOOKED AT when we first came was.... racial profiling! Don’t go here
